“I spoke to Alma and she is very rude (above and beyond rudeness), I requested for house cleaning since we have very minor work at the bathroom ( not even a construction work!), but she insist 2 ladies needs to do the whole bathroom (without bathtub as I told her). I suggest maybe one can do the bathroom and other lady can do the master's bedroom - again she said that is not part of the agreement, since I booked only for 2 hours. Who will do the cleaning for 2 hours in a small bathroom? for 2 people?? Ive seen negative reviews from Las Vegas and I think they are right. I specifically told her to clean master's bathroom and bedroom and kitchen cabinet (external). But she said there is a lot of cleaning services and I will not be satisfy with their cleaning anyway. So - bye!”

“We had Molly Maid Burlington for a few months. On day 1, one of the ladies was in the bathroom upstairs cleaning and suddenly our kitchen ceiling was leaking like a waterfall, my husband ran upstairs to see what was going on to find the door to the bathroom locked. He knocked and said that there is a leak and please open the door. She claimed to be using the facilities and she would be a moment. She finally opened the door to the attending supervisor who closed the door again. Once the door was finally opened the supervisor stated that there was no water anywhere and it must have been a faulty pipe. The girl that was locked in the bathroom conveniently while the leak came down, came downstairs and cried when she realized what had happened.
We had 3 professional assessments whom all reported no issues in our piping and that water came from up above in the bathroom. I called to discuss and the supervisor insisted on denying that her people had nothing to do with it. I continued to have them come back giving them the benefit of the doubt. We spent $2500 to fix the ceiling and never had them back in. They REFUSED to acknowledge any wrong doing, or even that it happened on their watch. They refused to be professional, accountable or even acknowledge that this happened. Completely mind boggling to me especially since I was willing to keep them providing they would work with us to work something out. Truly unbelievably unprofessional.”
