“Do NOT recommend. We hired Molly Maid at a rate of $180 an hour for a move-in/out cleaning. We agreed to pay for 3 hours, which adds up to $540. The cost is very expensive, however we thought it was worth it if they did a good job. There were 3 cleaners that came and the cleaning they did was nice, however they only stay 2.5 hours, which means they shorted us 30 minutes ($90). My husband and I both called to express our dissatisfaction. We both spoke with Moni. She said she would talk to her manager and get right back to us. We never got a call back. I assume they called the cleaners because they were sitting in their car in our driveway for 45 minutes before they left. The cleaners could have just as easily came back inside to finish the 3 hours that we agreed to pay for. We have renters moving in this weekend and will now need to do the remainder of the cleaning which includes baseboards, walls, cobwebs, windowsills, etc. I am very unhappy with not only being shorted 30 minutes, but also for the lack of care and concern from the office staff.”

I don't appreciate individuals who literally end up making me feel like the guilty party. I consistently heard "making sure the employees are paid fairly" which I totally agree with but your office employees are paid to take to care of that not me. I can't be expected to be responsible for your oversight.
In addition, I requested a copy of our contract and probably would of settled for the most current work order. Not only did I get neither but I didn't even get a courtesy call
Beyond annoyed with your office staff. Not the employees who do the real work. This business is welcome to placate me because I remain openminded. I am sceptical that if the company feels the need to treat a client this way I sincerely wonder truly how you treat your employees

“This is the first time I've ever taken service from them. Three people arrived, and the leader of the team dawn's attitude was simply horrible. They parked in the driveway at 2:15 but did not start working until 2:35 but they estimated their time from then, moreover, at the end they were simply trying to do a rush job. At the end when she wanted me to sign the document when I wanted to have a go through she told me I walked over the kitchen when she was moping, then I answered back did I ask them to re-do the moping, or told anything about it? Why is she even asking? I had sofa covers on my couches and she told me she would clean them, there were dust particles all over the cover and she did not wipe it, when I asked did you do it, she retaliated in an extremely haughty way. I would have forgotten or forgiven these minor things, but the attitude she was giving was terrible and I paid $330 dollars for 2.25 hours of service not to get crappy attitude!! I tried calling back to the company. They are not picking up my phone!! So that shows their professionalism. I'm not taking their service or recommending them ever again and tell my friends and family not to use their service!”
“Wow, should have called them sooner. I consider myself to be a good cleaner, and typically do my own work. I ran into health issues, and they came in and cleaned everything very well. My one trouble spot was a show, that had some stains, they made it look great, and wish I had called them when I first moved in as they cleared some areas that the landlord, and myself never cleaned that as well as D'ana and her team did. WOW, great job.”
