“Do not use this service. They did not do the job properly and had to return to complete basic things like dusting. Matthew who seems to on board new clients is beyond rude. When I asked to discontinue any future services he argued. Then on the phone he became angry that I wouldn't reconsider he proceeded to hang up. Find a different company and save yourself the aggravation.”

I've hired independent housecleaners for 38-years but not one of them has provided the quality service I just received. I didn't know what I was missing! This was my first cleaning: being a bit skeptical by nature, I hope I will be as pleased with my housecleaners in six months as I am at this moment. “Some areas were done ok, other areas they were hired to do did not get done, at all. The knobs on the stove were put on in the wrong order, and I did the self clean on the oven the night before as requested, but the residue was not wiped up. Also, my Tineco floor cleaner was all clogged as I think she tried to use it on carpet when it is only for wood floors. Overall, dissatisfied ☹️”

“Molly Maid just congratulated me for using their services for one year and what a pleasant experience this was and will be in the future. Besides being totally reliable, thorough and very professional , I enjoy their friendliness and always being so accommodating. I recently had a power outage and had to cancel their services. After three hours my power was on, I called and Molly Maid arranged to have my house cleaned on same day. That brings me to another point: whenever I call I have an actual person on the line! Not leaving a message and wait for a response! I can highly recommend Molly Maid.

“Cleaning was very superficial. I was so surprised to hear that she cleaned the bathrooms. I asked to vacuum the carport and it was not done properly. I asked to clean bathtrooms again however I felt bad as person was old and could say she was exhausted. I won’t call again! Very bad first time experience. Tried attaching photo but got message “could not upload your files. Try later”. I see no difference before and after. Assessor told my home is clean and she recommended $235 for first cleaning. Now I feel I could have cleaned instead of spending this $235 and having bad experience. Highly disappointed!!!”
