“Teresa and Chahara are so friendly and pleasant when they come to clean.
I open the door for them and they come in and to my mother in law they say "Hi Mama!" ( my mother in law has alzheimers). The girls come in and my mother in law smiles.
When the girls leave they have me check and make sure I am happy with everything and they say bye to my mother in law.

“The absolute worse service, cost me more money when they finished. These people were dishonest about shattering a light bulb that got stuck in the fixture needing to call an electrician, they pour their dirty mop water down my shower drain, had to call in a plumber. When I spoke with the manager she the workers denied doing it. Cannot be trusted, what a scam, and they didn't even clean my whole house.”

Roman and Aaliyah of the Birmingham location of Molly Maid came and clean my home, and I was very pleased how they entered my home with introductions. They started cleaning as soon as they arrived and were very thorough and respectful. They were quiet and so spoken as I am caring for a sick husband who stays in the bed most of the day. They inquired whether they should clean in his room I said yes, and they cleaned all around him. They had everything they needed in order for them to perform this service. My home looked like it had been cleaned professionally. I would utilize them again for my cleaning needs.”

“We are the owners of a house when the tenant left she paid Molly maid to clean for her .
The house was not cleaned to a good standard . No skirting boards wiped or walls cleaned . I would most definitely not recommend Molly maid . In fact neighbours said the girls from Molly maid we’re chatting on the drive for ages x
