“Team members work efficiently and thoroughly. They were detail, timely, and wanted to please the customer. The only concern I had was not returning items to their original place after the space was clean. This concern was discussed with the teammembers before leaving.”
“I hired Molly Maid for the first time to deep clean my kitchen and two bathrooms. The main part of the kitchen was done okay, but the floor at the corners of the refrigerator was still dirty. Also, the part of the kitchen where the table is was not even touched. There was debris under the table, so they didn't even vacuum let alone mop the floor. Tell me, how do you leave part of the kitchen dirty?? The shower doors in one bathroom were not cleaned. I would like to know Molly Maid's definition of a DEEP CLEAN. I will not be using this company again.”
