“Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend
I had a terrible experience with Molly Maid and will never be using their service again. We scheduled a cleaning before leaving for vacation, and they cancelled on us just two hours before the appointment. Totally unprofessional and disruptive.
When we returned and they finally showed up, the cleaning was beyond disappointing. The bathrooms looked untouched, no scrubbing, no attention to detail. We took photos and complained, and the staff we caught outside were literally smoking instead of doing their job.
They sent two other young women to “touch up” the mess, and it was just more of the same poor service. They mopped the floors without even sweeping or vacuuming first, just smearing crumbs around. They didn’t move chairs or clean underneath anything it was surface-level at best and careless at worst.
Save your money and avoid the frustration. This was a complete waste of time and money. Molly Maid does not live up to their promises.”

They let me know of anything out of ordinary and we deal with it right away. Plus both women are a joy to have in my home. This review is more about my team 8 than the company itself. After all they represent Molly Maid and speak for the company. My house looks and smells fresh and clean. Thanks ladies.”

Sharon and Aracelis arrived on time and quickly went to work.They are two pleasant people , they worked very meticulously and did the job to my satisfaction . In the end my home was sparkling clean , spotless and smelled fresh. you certainly have to trust these ladies and you will not be disappointed. Thank you SHARON and ARACELIS”

“The one maid showed. The other maid was pregnant and had suffered a miscarriage so remained in the car. One maid did all the work. She chided me for several minutes complaining about opening packages. I gave her a $40 tip. Very disrespectful. Dr. Carole Rowland”
“Absolutely the worst experience. Move in ready means remove the grime, these people dusted at best. Did not stay the full time paid for. Half spot cleaned and left without even a polite we are finished early. When you pay for some ones time you expect them to stay the allotted amount of time they are getting paid for. Total rip off.”

“Actually the staff of molly maid ptbo and kawarthas are amazing and really good. Its the owner extremely abusive mentally and emotionally. Dishonest and disorganized. She just doesnt abuse the staff but the customers and if they have complaints and concerns im amazed she has any business and eventually run out. If there is a complaint its usually on the prices quoted and the bills people recieve and I have seen it myself in a management role in the company. She doesnt care she feels like she is better then everyone im amazed by this women. She once told me her mother was a narcissist and im gonna say apple doesnt fall far from the tree on that one. I feel bad for the staff that have no choice but to kiss her butt so they can keep there jobs.”
