My kitchen has never been so spotless and the old crappy stove (which I have had for 14 years) finally looks like a decent stove again. I never thought it would but when Becca got through with it, it now shines !!!!!!!! Becca went above and beyond with getting all the grease, etc. off the stove and even did some of the walls. “Team #6 They were polite young women. However, they were good surface cleaners but definitely not deep cleaners. My daughter and son in law gave this service to me as a gift. They paid very good money for this service. I feel that they should be credited of some sort for what they paid. “Anna and Corrina (Karina? I apologize. I don’t know the correct spelling of her name), came to my apartment this morning to clean. I was a little nervous about hiring a cleaning service because this was my first time but I needed to do so as soon as possible as my baby is due any day now.
They came in and asked me questions while I showed them the areas I wanted clean. They quickly grabbed their supplies from the car and got to work. They were very polite and went above my expectatIons.

“I would not recommend using Molly Maid. My experience was very disappointing. The cleaning was inconsistent and often only done superficially. Areas that were included in the quoted price—such as bathrooms, light fixtures, and baseboards—were not cleaned as promised.
When I raised my concerns, management was unwilling to work with me to resolve the issues. For the amount charged, I expected much better quality and customer service.
Overall, the service was not worth the money, and I was frustrated by the lack of accountability. Based on my experience, I would not use Molly Maid again.”
