Before, I could only dream of my place being this nice but you two made that dream come true !!! You went above and beyond to clean my place! My kitchen has never been so spotless and the old crappy stove (which I have had for 14 years) finally looks like a decent stove again. I never thought it would but when Becca got through with it, it now shines !!!!!!!! Becca went above and beyond with getting all the grease, etc. off the stove and even did some of the walls. Beautiful !!!!!! And oh you should see my bathroom. Jasmine did a phenomenal job in my bathroom !!!!!! Fabulous !!!!!! I asked them to fix my bed. They changed the sheets, made the bed up, made the sheets taught and oh it was so comfortable. That night I slept like a baby !!!!!! Thank you guys for a spectacular job well done !!! “Team #6 They were polite young women. However, they were good surface cleaners but definitely not deep cleaners. My daughter and son in law gave this service to me as a gift. They paid very good money for this service. I feel that they should be credited of some sort for what they paid. “Anna and Corrina (Karina? I apologize. I don’t know the correct spelling of her name), came to my apartment this morning to clean. I was a little nervous about hiring a cleaning service because this was my first time but I needed to do so as soon as possible as my baby is due any day now.
They came in and asked me questions while I showed them the areas I wanted clean. They quickly grabbed their supplies from the car and got to work. They were very polite and went above my expectatIons.
I am very happy with their work! The time is shiny and my carpet looks flawless. It feels so good to know I have a clean space to welcome my newborn! Thank you ladies for your work!”

“I would not recommend using Molly Maid. My experience was very disappointing. The cleaning was inconsistent and often only done superficially. Areas that were included in the quoted price—such as bathrooms, light fixtures, and baseboards—were not cleaned as promised.
When I raised my concerns, management was unwilling to work with me to resolve the issues. For the amount charged, I expected much better quality and customer service.
Overall, the service was not worth the money, and I was frustrated by the lack of accountability. Based on my experience, I would not use Molly Maid again.”

“I’m not the one to complain very often, but I have to be honest. Do not use. Molly Maid. This company is a joke. I live in a 1000 foot square-foot apartment the company proceeded to come first time around and they completely didn’t do a good job whatsoever. It was almost like they did a partial cleaning for them to charge me and then I have to call for a second team to come out and do the same exact job because they didn’t do anything whatsoever. There were spots that were missed and not even cleaned. There were spots that weren’t cleaned in general, including the bathtubs. After reading reviews, it’s pretty consistent thing that they come to a partial cleaning and then try to charge you for a full cleaning after the second team comes. I was speaking with one of the team members and I was completely hung up on after trying to work something out. I am more than happy to pay for people’s time but not for a scam. Do not use Molly maid.”

I might add that our home is large and not easy to clean, but the team always leaves our house gleaming. “Horrible! Rush through and spot clean. My bathroom floor and bathtubs have been dirty after they were here and I purposely left spots on floors and bathtub to see if they’d clean and they did not! They use vacuum on vinyl flooring and just run a mop over floor with no effort whatsoever. They miss spots around toilet and near cabinets all of the time! I don’t use my garden rib, but it still needs cleaned, yet they don’t! I’ve complained many times to no avail. Sent pictures. I’m always told it will be addressed, yet the crew that shows up is unaware of anything. They are in and out in under a hour. Time to look for a new company!”
“I have sold my house and wanted to get it professionally cleaned. I called Molly and they set me up with Nancy and Marissa. They told me that they would be at the house by 1:30 PM and they actually called me to let me know that they would end up showing up closer to noon. They come in and in about 3 1/2 hours cleaned a five bedroom home top to bottom. Nancy and Marissa did a phenomenal job in making the house look amazing! I could not be happier with the service and with the job that they did. If you are in the Cole Harbour area and need a couple of young women to do an amazing job cleaning your home, Molly made is definitely the company to call and look for Marissa and Nancy.”
