"Team 13 from Molly Maids came to my home and did an amazing job. I was so pleased with both their performance and professionalism. This team brought their own equipment and everything that is necessary to do an awesome housecleaning job.\r\nI appreciate the hard working team 13 so much that I have requested the same team whenever I am on the schedule."

"Terrible. Paid $325 and all they did was vacuum and a terrible job at that! They missed the baseboards, faucets, dusting, microwave, etc..\r\n\r\nShame on Molly Maids for their lack of integrity and poor quality of work."

"I used the Scarborough branch to which dealing with the office at times was a challenge (language barrier) plus they were late from the set time of the appointment .What should have taken 2 hrs took 2 5 hrs .\r\nUpon arrival they had left my door open and I noticed that things that had been moved were not put back in place .\r\nMy bathroom sink was not properly cleaned .My kitchen sink wasn't cleaned My kitchen counter I'm not sure .\r\nStuff was moved but again no care in the world as to how it was put back .\r\nMy cleaning team was 2 very young kids who really had no care in the world regarding the job .\r\nI've spoken with the operator of this office but I have no confidence in the service that provided .\r\nHe has offered to fix the issues but I just want a a slight refund ."
