“Ashley and Lisa cleaned my home on Friday, May 22, 2024. I had not cleaned anything in my house for almost 2 months due to illness. When they left, everything was spotless! They even liked my dogs! (who also liked them). SO much dog hair and now, SO much less dog hair. I am very pleased and will continue to use Molly Maid and Ashley (she's in my area whereas Lisa filled in that day). I am a bit concerned about reviews regarding vacation time so I will look into that before I make a total commitment. But that has nothing to do with those wonderful ladies that did such a great job. “This was the second time around, this time I watched, but could not be in every room ay one time. Didn't move two baskets on floor in bath when cleaning floor. After telling them they could use my swiffters on my medel plant stands, they were ignored. This I noticed after talking to the superviser. Sorrys guy's you need more traing in listening. Also when doing my lament floor you got it to wet and told her there where extra pads to use, also did not clean under edges of area rugs.”
“Don't let their high rates fool you that they do a great job. The two young energetic looking people they sent were anything but. Hired for a top to bottom home cleaning and when I went in after 1.5 hours both were texting on their phones and both were still doing the same room as when they started! I was like really ? When I asked what they had been doing all this time they gave me attitude. I didn't want to seem like now I was trying to skate on the rate so gave them another chance to clean for the remaining 1.5 hours. I asked them to tackle the vacuuming and dusting and they were like don't tell us how to do our job. Excuse me but I am paying you and then we got into it. I should have called the office right then and there but I was so taken aback by them I felt intimidated! When I did call the office after they left I got yessed to death and not a call back to ever address my issues. Look for independent cleaners in your area you don't know who you are going to get through these people.”

friendly, and kind. The ladies always go right to work after they arrive and work very hard and do an awesome job while they are here. They go above and beyond what we expect.”

“They do not deserve one star they need a 0 star button. I hired them for a move out clean . The place I’m moving out of is not dirty as I’m a tidy person it’s just with two jobs, being a single mom and having to pack into the other place I’m moving into I was not able to clean . These people left the Fridge and freezer exactly how I left it . I sent pictures and left voice messages they told me they can’t clean a fridge that hasn’t been shut off. The stove was shut off they didn’t clean that !! $420 was my estimate by the way but they can’t clean a stove and fridge they left the countertops the same way I left them . The toilet I can tell u they didn’t touch . The bathtub the same everything was an absolute disaster. Imagine being charged $130 an hour and all they did was spill water on the floor, because that wasn’t mopping , stuff was still on the floor that could have easily came up if it was in fact mopped .Worst place I have ever seen in my life. I sent pictures then the representative want to tell me that it’s ok for Molly maids standards !! what happened to customers being right . I’m spending my money and I’m telling them what your workers did was unacceptable. I learnt my lesson anytime you are hiring be there to watch over the workers I was at work so I wasn’t able to be there I trusted them left the keys for them to let themselves in and to do a professional cleaning job . To my surprise I got a professional scan . They did an awful job and all they could say is that it’s up to Molly Maids standards . They should have told me there standards for cleaning is low I would have looked else where .Molly maids west terrible shame on you !”
“Benita and Anastacia are a joy to work with. They are always pleasant and professional. Benita is very good at communicating with her coworkers if I have a request. They leave our house looking and smelling fresh and clean.”
