“They broke a glass shelf and then refused to pay the full cost of replacement. I have called them 4 times to try to resolve this.
Poor business practices!”
“The crew that was sent to clean my house on September 15, 2020 was terrible! I call Dia and told her and the 3 came back in but they really didn’t do anything. While I was checking they just up and left. My stove was not clean, cooktop dirty, mirrors were not done, hardwood floors very dull, dust all on the dresser/headboard/footboard, and this is just a few of the things. Call back to Dia and no answer! Left messages then called the main office they tried to get in touch but got no answer. I finally talk to a lady and after 10 mins she talked to a supervisor who said she would call me in a few minutes. Well I have yet to hear from anyone! A real estate agent referred the company and if I could I would give this company a -10!! I have picture of most of the undone work.”

“Worst owner to work for. Lies to customers. Shows favoritism! Allows employees to steal with NO punishment. Some are aloud to have second jobs some are not. Some are aloud to pass a school bus that was stopped with lights on and sign out. I can not express how sad it makes me that I put in over 3years there and got treated like a nobody. I DO NOT recommend as a job or for a cleaning!”
“Showed no respect for customer privacy. Lied and said all maids wear gloves and masks and that's completely false! Girls sit and watch TV if theres nothing to clean just to stay the time there boss wants them to. Customers are getting charged for this!!!!! We have cameras and we have audio.”
“I’ve had the Molly Maid company for about a year in central FL from the Altamonte springs office cleaning my new home. Team 18 Lizette and her partner are the best. They are pleasant , prompt , leave my home spotless, flexible and my bathrooms are great and with a fresh clean scent every time .I can not say enough great things. If you live in orlando FL this is the place to use. The office also has been super flexible when I’ve needed to make changes They are awesome !!!”
