They did none of these things! I have been asking for a refund for 6 months and they refuse even though they said in writing multiple times not to worry, that I could cancel anytime. Well that is not true. It is also not true that they will provide the services they promise. Be very warry of this company. They talk a good game and don't deliver.
They did call and tell me if I deleted any bad reviews about them that they would refund my money but I have yet to receive that check. Like everything else about this company. All talk and no action.”

They will not honor the contract they sign with you. They will not provide the work and they will not provide a refund for not doing the contracted work.
