“When your favourite merch is avaliable it's perfect. But most things you'd wanna buy are almost always out of stock in key sizes or just not avaliable in the Euroshop at all.”
“Same kind of experience as everyone else recently. I ordered a shirt back in April that STILL hasn't been delivered. Instead, I've received multiple delay notifications, although the last one received said I should've had my order on July 3rd with no further updates. It took me having to reach out to Customer Service myself (who were less than helpful) to find out that my order has now been delayed until the end of July. 4 months to get a shirt that was supposed to be a new release in Feb, that you can easily buy from the US store or from live events.
I used to use Euroshop all the time and it was great, but ever since the switch to Fanatics, the site has taken a nose dive off a cliff. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this shambles of a shopping experience until they get their collective stuff together and start providing a decent service again.
If you're ordering for your kids from this site I wouldn't bother. They'll only end up disappointed by either the shoddy quality of the goods they've been pumping out lately, or the fact that your order very likely won't turn up when they say it will (and you could potentially end up waiting MONTHS for your items).”

“Ordered a single t shirt, something you would not think would be difficult to ship, clearly that's too hard for the workers at the euro shop. My order still says processing and I ordered it over a month ago. When I've tried to sort it out, the customer service team couldn't be more condescending if they tried and said they couldn't help. Why have a customer service who don't actually help customers.

“Placed an order 2 days ago to the value of £,1616.24 I ordered 4 belts for my son who has been diagnosed with Leukemia. I paid for next day delivery 2 days on. No notification of dispatch. I called and was advised that number of items were out of stock. This did not stop them taking the full price of the items and there was no notification of items out of stock.No contact at all was made to advise of any delays.I have now been told it will take 5 days to get a refund. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled with this service.”

3 different orders have sent and arrived with missing items only to be told they have no stock. This is ongoing issue, has been at least a year that I'm aware of.
This last order had 12 items, they sent 3??!!
Great shame but unfortunately, really unfortunate, my advice is don't buy from them. Shame to say but they take your money including £5 delivery and you don't get your goods. Im really sorry but it's verging on almost fake.
