They are ripping customers off, got a damaged product in an undamaged parcel, provided all the information to customer service which agreed that the whole thing was to my favour and ended up getting only half of what i paid as a refund...STAY AWAY

There is no 'Live Chat', it's a complete shambles, it's impossible to get a result to a particular question. Typical Chinese junk system. You'll spend forever trying to get an actual person through 'Eva' - but it's just a computer continuously redirecting you, even if you actually ask for someone, you get nowhere. The Chinese need to realise that customer service is EVERYTHING. Avoid Aliexpress at all costs, use Amazon or Bay. They actually have real people who care. The Chinese couldn't give less of a damn. Which is to be expected. I'll never use this junk site again.

awful system. Orders constantly getting closed by system security. appealed 3 times and with different credit cards and system still can't process. CS is really awful.

I ordered some blue kyanite beads, and got an email that they had been shipped on March 1st. Still waiting! I think they must have been sent on a tortoise! I try to get in touch with aliexpress, but it goes on and on, and I never get through! I have tried over and over to contact them, but get tired of the difficulty involved.

After waiting a month my order was delivered to another state and no one got back after repeated messages. They are using US carriers to commit fraudulent activities

Received wrong item. Was offered minimal partial refund. Or send back to China, which shipping costs more than the package itself.

Very long shippings and when there's problems they Tell you that you'll have a refund but that never happens

I ordered a transformer car for son. I placed the order, they immediately took my money but I received no confirmation email. I tried connecting with GREAT difficulty with the seller who said no order was placed nor was there a record of my order on my account. Absolute non existent customer service! Have tried many different ways to contact them but can't. I would never recommend dealing with this company to anyone!

I bought one iptV box from ZhiDeer AliExpress for $144.89 for 18 months with 18 subscription but seller has canceled my subscription only after 3 months. I have send several messages to activate my iptV box. But no responses. I wrote AliExpress few time no responses. I’m Gold member.i trusted AliExpress but they don’t want to help after 15-20days.

Not trust worthy, false advertisement make you believe they will ship out your purchase fast then make you wait more than a month just to receive your purchase I’ve had this problem with a few of the store purchases on Aliexpress and when open dispute to ask for money back only to be told to be patient and wait for items to arrive they are very quick to take your money but when requesting a refund due to items not being received for more than a month. This is ridiculous no body is happy to put in an order and wait for a month or so and not sure if they are going to receive their purchase, will not be ordering from Aliexpress ever again. Still waiting on 3 items ordered back in March don’t even know if I’m going to ever receive them. I have opened dispute with all 3 items but with no solution was told just to wait NOT HAPPY!!

I ordered four AA lithium ion batteries from Aliexpress. What I received in the mail, however, was a super cheap flashlight with the AA batteries inside. Why ship the garbage flashlight? The tracking number on the package matched what I received in the email confirmation from my order, but what I received in my package was the cheapest of cheap flashlights, batteries inside. The flashlight went in the garbage.

Aliexpress and the sellers I've come across are extremely dishonest. I searched for some much needed items. filtering for shipping within the United States. Sure enough China based sellers pop up with product ads prominently displaying a USA flag. You are given the option to select "from the United States" in your check out. Doing due diligence, I contacted 5 different sellers, asking where in the United States the products came from. In all 5 cases, they absolutely avoided answering honestly. Most used copy and paste responses. I asked several times. None would answer. So I decided to make one small purchase. 5.98 shipping. Upon checkout, I get tracking information. What shipping company? I have no idea. It's a Chinese shipper. 17 days for arrival. Now the seller won't reply to my questions about thier lies. Now I take my documentation to Aliexpress.... messages to and from myself and the sellers. Screen shots showing USA based shipping. Thier response? Basically "tough" and, "we sure to look into your seriousness complaint". The sellers know they are lying. Aliexpress knows they are lying. Zero ethics. Zero caring. Typical. My advice. Juat stay away.

Buyer beware!!! Total scam! I was guaranteed delivery within 7 days and tracking shows no movement for over a week now. Now, none of the customer support or live chat links work so there are no support options. Shame on me for not reading the customer reviews first! $53 down the tube! Unfortunately, I can't give them 0 stars. They will no doubt continue to take advantage of the consumer during these very difficult times.

AliExpress is an absolute disgrace. Do not buy from this platform. It’s a scam. I’ve ordered products, been charged and not received anything. The dispute process is a joke. Upon opening a dispute after the goods weren’t delivered, AliExpress told me to ‘ask (my) children’ if they are hiding the delivery. I’ve ordered heaps of stuff online. I’m an online shopper. This platform is the first to rip me off. AliExpress stole from me. I can only assume they will from others as well.
