I am disappointed with the service and communication from this company. My experience has been frustrating, as their customer support has been consistently unresponsive and unhelpful. Their failure to address my concerns appropriately, along with disrespectful responses, only made matters worse. Additionally, despite claims that my package was delivered, no proof of delivery has been provided. I feel let down and will not be making any future purchases due to this poor and unprofessional experience.

Aliexpress.com supplied a fake tracking number from FedEx, likely hacked and even credit card ( American Express) believed their fake FedEx proof of delivery. Funny, but CC reps thought it was real and asked me to prove that item was not delivered--just not sure who CCs hire nowadays, as this is surely not feasible. But Ali customer service is another level up, completely, anti-customer service: no chance to get money back if something goes wrong. Lost $268 with them, but the lesson was learned-- no more buying from Ali as CC protection is no longer working.

The worst customer experience ever ! I bought 2 items. First has never been shipped to me. but I was provided a fraudulent tracking number by the seller. I ended up been refunded after a month of dispute and 30 emails back and forth. A wrong, junk, item was delivered for the second item and. Even though the seller has to pay for the return cost, I was asked to pay in shipping cost twice the item value to return it to the seller. AliExpress buyers tried in vain to contact the seller with no response but expect me to bear a shipping cost, I am sure I will never get refunded neither by the seller nor from AliExpress. My first and last customer experience with AliExpress!

AliExpress has scammers on its platform, once you spend your money and get sent an empty box, the will not , willing refund you. ALWAYS use a credit card, or be like me An never shop with AliExpress. I received an empty envelope, that a tablet should have been in .

I order a quanitity of one product, it was sort delivered. Messaging with the seller sent me to ask for a partial refund. But the refund/return process just kept saying "oops network issue, try again". The customer service chat bot has no boxes for you to write in and just times you out due to no communication. Customer service A JOKE. Not receiving the correct amount of what i have ordered has created a real headache for me and there really is not a way to comminicate with Aliexpress.

Received a tracking number for a package with a different name and address. Tracking shows it was delivered but not to me. This is a favored scam for the Chinese vendors. They buy an inexpensive item from Amazon and have it shipped to another address. Send you the tracking number claiming your tracking number. No way to prove this since tracking info shows you received the package. The result is charge backs are refused from your credit card company. Aliexpress claims you received the package. Aliexpress is a total fraud company and if you are smart you will avoid like the plague. Don't be stupid like me.

I ordered a DeWalt 20V battery from AliExpress because it was very inexpensive compared other sellers and guess what... it's never come. So as the old was saying: it's too good to be true, it's. I have been writing to the seller, but it's so useless as they keep saying it's been delivered, but I have never received it. Fortunately, I used PayPal to pay for the battery and I got fully refunded from PayPal. My learning lesson is cheap things may not be good after all. Will never buy anything from Made in China again.

Terrible customer service. You get stuck talking in circles to AI chat bots who never resolve your dispute. When your complaint supposedly gets escalated to a human you get a generic email saying the issue will be investigated... but nothing ever comes of it.

Ordered 2 items from AliExpress a few months ago. Saw when confirming that the address wWhatever you try to correct the address or reach someone... in vain.as incomplete again (had already delivered incorrectly or not at all and once it was ok). Once they replied via messenger (after a complaint on Trustpilot): go look for it at the post office, as if they are interested in letting me look for a package without an address. Ordered the Steampunk catsuit! VERY misleading! The photo made it look like there was strips of patent leather in it but it looked NOTHING like that! Only has white blotch designs on it! Cant even do a review unless you have the app!

I ordered a DeWalt battery on AliExpress and it listed under $20.00, very inexpensive. I thought it’s too good to be true, but only $20.00, what the heck, I took my chances and guess what it has never come! AliExpress has a website that I filled a complaint and refund, a copy cat format similar to Amazon, but it’s again, it’s totally a scam. My request was denied. They asked me to submit a proof that the battery that was not delivered. What a joke, a scam company. I’ll never trust any things that are from a communist China. Be careful folks, don’t be a fool like me!

AliExpress has become completely unreliable. If you receive faulty items, don’t expect any support—they leave you hanging. I received clearly defective products and got zero help from their customer service. If you value your money, choose another platform that stands behind its customers. Stay away from AliExpress; they won’t have your back.

Awful experience. My packages were never attempted to be delivered and have been 'en route' back to sender, but never made it either. I now don't have the products or my money. Ali Express refused to refund me and the courier didn't sort it either. You get what you pay for - Cheap products, cheap service. I will never buy anything there again. Go elsewhere. I spent so much time trying to solve this as well!

Terrible liars and they allowed seller Oudis hair to keep my money after they lied and told me I was getting my full refund and aliexpress did nothing gave me a 5 dollar coupon aliexpress is for the sellers not for the customers if you value your money don't shop there ever

I purchased a motorcycle trunk box on AliExpress. It was never shipped. Once the arrival date came along and my purchase did not, I contacted the seller daily. HXYshop store, is evidently fake. I never got an answer why the item didn't arrive. I received a refund notification four days later. It is impossible to reach the scumbag customer service on AliExpress. AI is all you get with answers that don't match your questions. Steer clear of AliExpress. There is no communication. Even PayPal doesn't respond to text messages. A waste of time getting your money tied up in a scam outfit.
