"I would not buy anything through AliExpress. They are committing theft!\r\n\r\nThe vendor \"lost\" a $2300 order that I placed back on 8\/17\/24. I am still battling with them and PayPal trying to get my money back even after the sub-vendor admitted fault.\r\n\r\nI never had this experience before, and I buy a lot online. I will be on a mission to let everyone know how poor is AliExpress until they rightfully refund my money.\r\n\r\nAs of 3\/7\/25, this still remains unresolved by Ali Express. I have not received my refund for a product I did not receive through no fault of my own (no cancellation from me, etc.).\r\n\r\nI will update my review if I receive my money back."

"I received a damaged panel heater. Aliexpress claims that I received a refund, which I did not receive, which is visible in the transaction folder \"issue refund\". For over a month I can not do anything. Neither return the damaged heater to receive a new one nor receive a refund."

"They shipped a small plastic bag to me containing nothing of value instead of the large product that I had purchased. When I complained and sent them a photo of the small plastic bag that was left in front of my house as the proof of delivery, Aliexpress ignored me for a week, and then said that I had no proof for my claim. The seam where the button would normally fit through to clasp the pants together and sinch my waist is stitched\/sewn together so I couldn\u2019t wear them. I tried to wear them despite of this with the belt but since the top of the pants couldn\u2019t be tightened to my waist, the zipper would keep unzipping. The pants are completely unwearable. I tried returning but it wouldn\u2019t let me because it wouldn\u2019t allow me access to upload photos. I\u2019ve tried multiple times and it didn\u2019t work but now it\u2019s saying it\u2019s past the expiry date. I\u2019m very displeased with the product and the service. I also didn\u2019t get an eyeliner pen I had ordered. I tried reaching out to them on a live chat and hope to hear back because these pants were expensive and I would still like to return them. I couldn\u2019t find a phone number or email online anywhere. Only found a website where it had me register again and create a new account but wouldn\u2019t let me login into my current account, which led me nowhere. I\u2019m not very hopeful that I will get a reply with how little I\u2019ve seemed to find on how to contact them"
