I have ordered several products from Aliexpres .I had bought 3 bluetooth earbuds, 1st one works 2nd two one connects but nothing but static, another one was missing a charging post for recharging. I went through all the steps and never received any refunds. I bought a 795.00 misting pump when contacted seller about not shutting down the water pressure when turned off their answer was there always touchy you have to take a part and adjust and fix. I have no idea how to do this. Stay away from Aliexpress they always rule in favor of their sellers.

Horrible experience. They sent me the wrong size shoes. To receive a refund I had to send the shoes back to China and pay the postage which they promised to refund me but didn't. The postage was almost as much as the shoes. Don't ever use Aliexpress.

Ordered 2 women sweatsuits off the sight, shipping was quick but they didn’t fit so I asked to open a dispute for a refund. They are still giving me the run around about my money! Out of the whole app the only part that keeps saying “system error” is the refund process but they make sure you can order and pay without a problem. I’ve used AliExpress for years and this is the second time this has happened. I will never do business with them again. Also contacting a lawyer and the BBB.

I ordered 2 items and paid for them. In my "orders you paid" the order numbers are reflected, BUT they are not in my list. I have not received any item and can not raise a dispute against the seller. WHERE IS MY MONEY???? I don't have the most expensive ones reflected in my order list. (back support for the vehicle and neck support.

Sellers can input fake tracking numbers by creating a waybill and never shipping the product. This causes havoc with the credit card companies and shipping companies. Usually on large ticket items. I would not buy anything over $25 there. Instead of "Bait and Switch" it's "Bait and wait" The seller will promise 7-20 days delivery but it takes 3-4 months. Since the Aliexpress system has a waybill number they take the side of the seller. By that time you have already paid your credit card bill and getting your money back is a nightmare. BUYER BEWARE!!! do not spend more that 25$ on anything there. Also, they have no voice support and almost all messages are pre-made responses. Likely the worst online seller globally of that caliber. Stick with the other reliable sellers. The founder of Alibaba would be ashamed and embarrassed on how this business operates.

The worst experience, very bad customer support. I can't ship back the goods (which were a fake of very bad quality) free of charge. Don't order from them, you will loose money

Aliexpress you need to make sure your delivery team in Dubai is serious Naqel express say they will deliver and im still waiting from 20th September and nobody answers their numbers when I call Where is my shipment aliexpress This is last time I will order from you!!

They have some nice items on sale..the problem comes in if you have a problem with your order which has happened both times i've used the site. There is no customer service number so you have to conform to sending messages with the seller and trying to reach an agreement which is a pain in the ass. It's not worth it.

I had refund since 8/29/2019 and I did not get it and very very bad customer service except Brianna. Everytime they told me different story I think refund my money is impossible at all

very bad experience from aliexpress and the seller. The quality is far below and waste of money. I got a defective lens and the seller refuse to provide return shipping. Ali express customer service dosent know what they are doing. Wasted a month after my money

i bought hair from JAYCEE HAIR Official Store , the hair apparently was delivered outside my apt as per tracking information and left outside where everyone walk by, this package i never received by me and the seller advise me to contact FedEx i did and FedEx advise me to contact the seller there is no resolution after the seller dont care to refund nor replace my product after this was there courier problems, i will not recommend this seller as this person don't care about there customers this is over 2 weeks and aliexpress still have not help, i still get no product no refund also

Most of the products I have bought have been good quality, and some were even excellent! When the package does not arrive, I open a dispute and always get my money back. I never had a problem. Once I got a dress that had the waistband sewn in twisted. Got my money back next day after reporting it. I have used Aliexpress for items as small as 50 cent jewelry to even a 5 unit cordless phone set for my home, which we have been using for 6 months now and they are excellent! Some of the products are scams, but if you read the reviews carefully, you can avoid those. A few times we ended up with junk, but it was so cheap, so we didn't feel too bad about it. Stay away from products with little or no reviews or orders yet.

This site is trash. no customer assistance. their products are cheap which is good but they make it very difficult for people to update payment methods. Why can't I just buy with my card, Why do they need a driver's license, photos of my cards and bank statements? This is madness and the live chat is just a bot who keeps going in circles and there is no one to answer your question or help you solve the problem.

Bought a £225 mobile phone which has a fault. Seller does not reply to my emails and AliExpress, on three occasions now, have promised to sort it out, but they don't. They will lie to you! Neither the seller nor AliExpress care about sorting out the problem. You will be ignored. You will lose your money. I know you will read this and think it won't happen to you, maybe it won't, but if there's something wrong, you will have lost your money. The choice is yours. There are other Chinese companies a lot more reliable than AliExpress. Use at your peril. Do not under estimate their willingness to lie to you.

Very Bad Service, Customer service cant do anything to help. Twice had issue, both time it was stressful and waste of time without accomplishing any positive results. Finally vowed not to use again and removed app. Will not recommend, will not use again.

AliExpress is the most unprofessional unreliable company I have ever done business with. I place a simple order for the very first time and they were unsuccessful and delivery prom timing and can't even speak English. If anyone is even thinking of doing business with AliExpress I strongly recommend that you do not they are like talking to a child. After providing evidence that my order was unsuccessfully delivered after they marked it down as completed it's been several months I'm still waiting for my refund and they will not get back to me.

we ordered a lego package, the picture showed a large castle. they only delivered a small lego package. but what is worse is that after mentioning this to aliexpress dispute they said that all was ok. i even sent pictures of the difference what we receive and what the webshop (Shop4380041 Store) showed on its website. still the dispute was that they do not see any reason to compensate, that all was ok. unreliable, so a shop can sent less than they promise.... unreliable.

ordered three items received two of the three did not receive item most expensive of the three they refuse to refund money or offer new product part of their services you must prove that you did not receive the order which is impossible
