Almost 4 months and I haven’t receive my goods....do not order from AliExpress!!

I have paid 88.00 euro on Aliexprees for a vast last year November, till now I don’t receive any products. I’ve contacted both the seller and Ali service centers. But no refund. AliExpress’s service also very bad. They don’t protect buyers. I don’t know what can I do to get my money back?

I order a lot on aliexpress. The service has been tragic since January this year. Shipments arrive not complete and there is no return and warranty that gives aliexpress. I do not recommend, it is cheaper to buy also from china but through ebay or made in china. Beware of aliexpress you will lose money and time

Do NOT order from Aliexpress. Those people are a scam. I’ve ordered from there & have yet to receive my things. The person I did order from, magically disappeared after I paid her. I tried to contact customer service, but they make it so hard just to get into contact with them. It’s a waste of time & money. I just wish I would’ve ordered something cheap & small as a test before I ordered something so big and expensive. :( hopefully I can help someone else out there, so you won’t fall prey to any of those cons.

Do not purchase from Adult Sexy Club. Seller lied so I couldn't cancel order saying it was shipped out when in fact it wasn't. To compensate I was given a .79 product after being forced to go through with an 135 order!

I my order was a foot spa which came with about 4 pieces. One of the items was missing and I've been in a constant back and forth with the seller and website itself claiming that it might be at the post office. Why would the rest of the order have been shipped to my house? Anyways, they refuse to give me a refund even if I return the incomplete items I ordered and they're just very unhelpful. It also took about 2 months for it to arrive. I will never order from this website again.

When you order from Aliexpress, you have to be willing to wait a long time to receive your packages. I mostly order cheap items, under $5. For the free shipping option, I think the seller has up to 60 days to get your item to you. In reality, they arrive in about 20-30 days. Open your order page. Every order that is awaiting delivery, will have light gray text that tells you how many days you have left before your order "closes". Up until that order deadline, you have some buyer protection. If it is getting close to the order "close" date, and you don't have your item yet, open a dispute before the time expires. I opened my dispute one week before the time expired. If you wait until after the time expires, you cannot open a dispute. You lose all your rights. As for getting items faster, my policy is this: If the company offers FedEx or DHL on a regular basis, then there will be a link on their webpage where you select this option, and you will have the fee added at the time of checkout. I feel secure that they will ship in this manner, only if the link is on their webpage. My experience is, if they don't have an automatic link for shipping options, then do not feel secure that they will ship FedEx or DHL. I do not feel comfortable about any personal, one time only, arrangement made during messages. If they don't have the website link set up, then it is not something they do all the time. There may be a language barrier wherefore they don't understand what you are asking for. The translation software is horrible. This is another reason I don't depend on messaging to get special arrangements made. I have placed several orders in last year. My orders contained dozens of different vendors. Last Fall, I ordered about 2 dozen items, averaging $8 per item. I received all but two of my items. One vendor offered to send a refund. I accepted this. I opened a dispute on the second item, one week before the buyer protection expired on my order. Aliexpress said they would send me a refund. I don't know if I actually got those refunds, because my husband threw out my credit card statements. I've asked him to give them to me in the future. It would cost more in fees, for me to ask my bank for duplicate statements, than the items were worth. So I decided to just let it go and learn from my experience. I am now at the end of my second large order. I ordered approximately 50 items from 40 vendors, averaging $2 per item. In two of those orders, the seller sent the wrong item, but they sent something else of equal value. One of the substitutions I liked, so I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, with an explanation. The other wrong item I didn't like. So I only gave it 2 stars instead of 5 with an explanation. For a $2 item, it wasn't worth a dispute. I would have had to return the item. I can't be bothered for $2. But the sellers HATE negative feedback. So I felt that giving 2 stars would hurt their business enough, that they would be a lot more careful in the future to send the correct item. There is one more item that I did not receive yet, and the time that my order "closes" was approaching. For some reason the order shipment got canceled. I messaged the seller. I asked why the shipment got canceled. I asked him to EXTEND my buyer protection time. He responded. He extended my buyer protection time by another 45 days or so. He asked me if I wanted a refund or if I still wanted it. I said I do still want it, and I told him to please ship it. I am waiting for it. If I get it, I will give 5 stars because he responded to my requests. If I don't get it one week before the close date, then I will open a dispute and leave negative feedback. But I think I can trust this seller to resend it. Most of my purchases have been wonderful, as long as I don't expect too much, don't risk too much with high priced items, and watch the closing dates, to make sure I can open disputes before the closing dates, if I need to. All the items I've received were exactly like the pictures (except for the 2 where the seller sent the wrong item of equal value.) I examine the pictures closely. I read the details closely. I convert from metric to English units, so I know exactly what size I am getting. I buy clothing based on the measurements in centimeters (and I convert to inches). I do NOT buy clothing based on letter size. Chinese S,M.L,XL....XXXXXL is different from American S,M,L,...XXXL etc. When buying shoes, I got the charts to convert Chinese shoe measurements to US shoe measurements, in both width and length. When I conduct business carefully like this, I get good results. Good luck!

Took almost a month to receive two hoodies. One of the hoodies was a 6XL. I ordered both in size small. Ordered before from them and it took a long time as well. Just it down you’re playing with peoples’ money and emotions

I want to start off by saying that I started working with this company on Jan 19. I placed 5 orders totaling close to $2000.00. I will not work with stores that do not offer Free DHL or Fed Ex Shipping, so I asked this shop if they could ship everything together Free Shipping, they agreed. I asked them if all items were in stock and told them I needed my package very very fast. Part of the reason I added so many items to my order for the free shipping. I watched and I watched for it to ship and didn't see anything and asked every day, and they told me not to worry the shipper had it and it would ship that day. Then I went days without hearing from them, still asking every day what my tracking number was and if it had shipped. finally was given a tracking number but as soon as I saw the numbers I knew they were not fed ex or DHL they were snail mail number :-( I had told them over and over and over again I needed my items fast. they lied and lied and lied to me. I would never have placed an order if I knew it was going to take this long. I had deadlines and I missed my deadlines and was given a 200.00 fine for not have the merchandise needed. Finally, almost 2 months later the packages are starting to arrive, but they are only 1/3 of the items I ordered. I disputed them as my order was not complete and they are begging me not to dispute it, they tell me the items are coming in another package. What part of I does NOT ACCEPT B/O do you not understand? Then on top of all of this, one of the order I am really needing was just sent a couple of days ago, again after talking about how I needed it sent DHL or Fed Ex, they shipped it snail mail again. This shop seems to think they can make there own set of rules. I have never been so disgusted in how a business does business as this lying company BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM BABYQQ STORE!!!

Order Number: 8001944914485203 The tracking number RU500503165HK provided to me does not contain any tracking information except - "Shipment canceled." The store did not reply to any of my messages. I tried to open a dispute, but the site threw an error every time I tried. I repeatedly contacted the support service via chat and survey - no help was provided to me, only empty promises of compensation. I spent $ 28.95 and a lot of time talking with support in an empty - I received nothing - neither goods, nor a refund, Aliexpress appropriated my money.

The seller is so rude... I was just asking them if I can get a refund due to the delay in delivery and they started to call me as a cheater. Don't buy things here.

I have orderd 19 items from this App and only got 1 of the 19 items. I have ordered these items over a month and a half now and they’re still not here. The seller keeps telling Me that I will get my order and they will ship but they aren’t. Look at the time in this photo. Then I contact the seller about the other item and they tell me to wait patiently and it only shows the plane all the way down but hasn’t shipped it has been a week past when it was supposed to ship

AliExpress delivery estimates and Guaranteed On Time Delivery Refund Guarantee is bogus. The dispute process is a hassle. Time of sale on order might show 20 days delivery, and the hidden Guaranteed On Time Delivery 60 days. Truth is you may not get your goods or refund.

Stay away 15 days ago bought a battery and paid seller says pay for product I said paid ship or refund. Still nothing so I cancelled the order aliexpress says up to seller to accept I said HELL NO they gave him another 8 days to accept and if no reply within 24hrs then and only then automatic refund. So what did I do? Called credit card and explained and SHAZAM refund chaching aliexpress gives to shits about customers and cares for sellers only. Stay away from aliexpress. Better companies out there to buy from.

I haven't ordered from them yet, but i have been keep an eye on the reviews. One thing i know, because my cousin has family there, is that China is on lockdown and not allowed to leave their houses because of the Coronavirus. So i dont see how they can go to work, fill orders, ship them etc. This will have a huge impact on people's orders and responses from this company. Maybe they can come back from this when it's over. I wish everyone luck and i hope you guys get your items.

The website is commiting fraud. I bought a product with a 2 year warranty and the seller is not responding to my messages and AliExpress is now not responding also. They said they would contact the customer they never did and they blocked the live chat!!!!
