my account shearder has lost a LOT of money because the sellers lie and when you get a refund you lose money. It is becoming as bad as wish.c0m DO NOT BUY from Aliexpress

it was so bad, just cheating. it took my money from my credit card, but no order confirmed, no delivery, no response to my complaint email. my bank helped me take my money back from it.

The Worst Company Ever Don't freaking know why they're still in Business. Ordered something thought that my Package was on its way come to find out they had given Me the Wrong Tracking Info. committed the mistake of purchasing somthing different going on two weeks and they've still have not ship my items. The worst!!!!

The worst company ever. I've made an 250£ order on aliexpress. Order has never arrived although seller is claiming that he send the order. I have open the case to get my money back and after 3 month aliexpress steps in and says that I need to provide documentation to a shipping company to get a refund from them.WHAT???? In normal world if I've ordered something and it didn't arrive, it is the seller responsibility to get in touch with shipping company and get refund, not other way round. AVOID THIS SCAMMERS

Can’t say it’s worth the experience Can’t say it’s worth the experience. Most items are being shipped out of China and it’s hit and miss if you actually get what you ordered. I say hit and miss because I ordered two exact match items but they were different physical dimensions. Chief complaint: I purchased a Thermistor for my 3D-Printer and it was found defective, kept cutting off and couldn’t reach temperatures as described. I purchased a replacement and that worked fine. When I asked for a refund pictures were not “proof” for a refund. They wanted a video of the installation process and what the problem was. After weeks of emails (days between responses) my claim was refused for “lack of evidence”. I will not use them again!

I never got my hair, My sister got her hair and it was terrible and when she gave a review and they harassed her and kept calling and to told her to take it down. I ordered my hair 2 months ago😡

I ordered 100 protective goggles so that I can donate them to local hospital. The order was made on Apr 3 but I still haven't gotten them yet as of May 10. To make it worse they don't even know where the package is. Their record shows a part or full of the package is returning to seller???. Yet Aliexpress is asking me to wait until Jun 15 ( more than 70 days???) without assuring it will arrive. Are you serious? Aliexpress already created so much problem for my plan. They should refund and compensate for my loss of time. I CAN'T even move on because of this stupid limbo situation.

As a senior buyer on Aliexpress, Usually I don't ask for refund even if the product's quality is not good enough. But only one time, I ask for a return. I found that it is super difficult for the buyer to return a product. The reason what they refuse my return request is : The buyer did not know how to use it. And I talk with the seller which name is CimFAX Official Store , this seller said they will not refund me because I left a negative comment.

DO NOT BUY FROM ALI EXPRESS ESPECIALLY GENIE LASH. Complete crooks. They say they shipped my product but it was never received. In the meantime, on their end they show package delivered. When I opened a dispute they contacted me and told me they would re ship the item but I needed to cancel my dispute. So after doing that now they act as if they have no idea what I’m talking about. Complete scam

I order some clothing and shoes In early March 2020 and it’s now May and I haven’t received anything. I understand shipping is delayed due to the Coronavirus but I been tracking my package and the website/App stated that my order was delivered! I’m wouldn’t not recommend

Big time scammers, zero buyer protection, it happened to me bought an item for 800$ and i received it damaged as soon as i reported they released the money to seller and told me we can't help ,so please be careful and don't buy anything through aliexpress

My recommendation is to not buy from this company. Terrible customer service. No tracking info. No way to get a refund. I have written them off as a bad experience. Buyer beware!

REFUND takes MONTHS SELLER IS ALWAYS RIGHT NOT BUYER SO IT'S OKAY IF YOU LOSE MONEY NOBODY CARES. ITEM NEVER CAME? AND I SHOULD PAY IT RIGHT? THAT IS ALIEXPRESS SLOGAN. PAIN IN THE ASS LIVE AGENTS SUPPORT WORTHLESS. STAY AWAY!
