“I'm from Canada and in my experience AliExpress is totally trustworthy. If I don't receive an item, I always get refunded. Yeah, there is a lot of cheap stuff sold which will fall apart, but what would one expect when buying something really cheap? I recommend Ali to everyone.”

“Rip Off S925 jewellery factory store on aliexpress dishonest seller S925 Jewelry factory store sent my item to wrong country says I signed for it and aliexpress shows it delivered. He refused to refund me says a should be punished ???? I got no help from aliexpress I use PayPal on.all these shady sites they get you your money back same day”

“Been a client on AliExpress since 2014 with over 100 orders. It does take time, the quality is not always top notch, but that's normal. The prices are cheap and aren't exactly the same as the pictures/descriptions. I've bought different things, from clothes to cellphone (and other electronics), to stationary, to kitchenware... had only a few orders that didn't go well.”

“Myself and 2 teenage daughters have been ordering from Aliexpress for the past 3 years. Yes, the items take a long time to arrive and you have to order a size or two bigger and the quality won't be top notch. You cant expect top quality for the prices you are paying. Lower your expectations guys. Its not Louis Vuitton you're ordering from”

“Actually my experience with them has been truly great, as a customer since 2015 or so. Customer service (yeah sounds weird) has been much better than eBay's, and for spare parts and electronics the price/quality ratio is often unbelievably good. Of course you must know what you're buying, low quality goods exist exactly like they do on eBay or similar sites. Truly recommended”

“platinum member 244 orders, never had a real problem so far. 2 deliveries were 3 months late (I literally went on vacation twice before it arrived), one order was mistakenly sent to Mongolia two other items that weren't as described were partially refunded + resend a replacement for free. my way of tackling ali 1 ordering maximum of 22 eur at a time per seller 2 checking out for orders not above, depending how I confident I feel, 22-46 eur in case the order get 'lost' after payment, still never happened though 3 don't place multiple or compiled orders per day, but spread it over the week 4 always pay extra for shipping, even for cheaper items. At least you have a tracking code and the order arrives faster 5 choose as many items that can fit through the mail slot, mind you there are tons of items that can be posted while you aren't at home 6 never show anger, accept a partial refund for a wrong delivery. 7 read all the reviews, by that I mean check which delivery method most buyers chose. 99% of the time the complaints about no deliveries have chosen the cheap free slow shipping. 8 don't make a judgement on 5 star reviews, in general buyers leave 5 star rating because they finally received their items and never rate it afterwards. Read what they have to say instead. 9 accept that global post is slow, I am waiting for 2 items to arrive from the USA and it is currently taking that more than a month. 10 try to avoid things that can break or damage (easily) and things that can appear dead on arrival, mostly electronics again, I never had a problem so far”

“People that are complaining are noobs. Aliexpress still is a perfect platform. Due to the Coronavirus outbreak packages have delays. And yes there are scammers on Aliexpress, thats why you should never buy from a seller with a rating of 96% or lower. Read the reviews. Do not complain because you dont understand the platform 😂”

“I don't know what is the reason for so many negatives reviews. It's been years that I'm ordering stuff on ali express, and almost everything has been delivered, with enough protection for packaging. For unknown reason, some stuff have never arrived to my home, but i was able to ask refunds and receive them without problems. Wondering if one star are fake review ?”
