horrible shipping times..... took a year to arrive and the product was ripped to shreds!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM ALI EXPRESS! I have tried to get a refund but they haven't respond at all.

platinum member 244 orders, never had a real problem so far. 2 deliveries were 3 months late (I literally went on vacation twice before it arrived), one order was mistakenly sent to Mongolia two other items that weren't as described were partially refunded + resend a replacement for free. my way of tackling ali 1 ordering maximum of 22 eur at a time per seller 2 checking out for orders not above, depending how I confident I feel, 22-46 eur in case the order get 'lost' after payment, still never happened though 3 don't place multiple or compiled orders per day, but spread it over the week 4 always pay extra for shipping, even for cheaper items. At least you have a tracking code and the order arrives faster 5 choose as many items that can fit through the mail slot, mind you there are tons of items that can be posted while you aren't at home 6 never show anger, accept a partial refund for a wrong delivery. 7 read all the reviews, by that I mean check which delivery method most buyers chose. 99% of the time the complaints about no deliveries have chosen the cheap free slow shipping. 8 don't make a judgement on 5 star reviews, in general buyers leave 5 star rating because they finally received their items and never rate it afterwards. Read what they have to say instead. 9 accept that global post is slow, I am waiting for 2 items to arrive from the USA and it is currently taking that more than a month. 10 try to avoid things that can break or damage (easily) and things that can appear dead on arrival, mostly electronics again, I never had a problem so far

I general things are as order. However this spring 2020 shipping been 90 days on average to u.s ..more than a few have never left Chinese airports .think it a combination of Chinese holiday that shut everything down for a month and the virus. If alliexpress would have told people before they ordered about the holiday maybe things would be better off.but I will keep ordering when u have kids that out grow there clothes every 8 weeks

The worst app ever. Sellers are cheaters & When you pay Ali Express is simply ignoring you. Quality of the products is a big question mark.

No delivery, no refund. Avoid Aliexpress! I'll order with Lazada in future! CashOnDelivery gives security! Or I buy it in cities like Carcar or Cebu!

While there have been a couple companies who make sure that your purchase arrives within a month, 90% of the sellers on aliexpress have sent my purchases after several weeks, and the overall wait time from the point of purchase is about 3 months. The worst of these sellers is called BulkMinifig Store. I had ordered some legos and Mega Bloks for my nephew from this company, and they claim to have "lost" the shipment twice. They then lied about it, have never offered any compensation, and I am still waiting. Despite filling a claim, Aliexpress has done nothing to ensure that I even get so much as a refund. Stick with eBay, Amazon, and even Craigslist if you want more reliable service.

Do not I repeat do not purchase anything from this company. You cannot email or talk to anyone. The items are cheap and you will not like anything from this place. My advice is to buy thjngs from another place.I warned you.

I have ordered some basic items (chargers, stickers, earrings) from AliExpress. The price-quality correlation is generally good. However, I hate the fact that I never know when the parcel is to arrive. I think it's also really sweet when the seller adds some extra items as a gift, although it might be causing even more overconsuming.

They are ripping customers off, got a damaged product in an undamaged parcel, provided all the information to customer service which agreed that the whole thing was to my favour and ended up getting only half of what i paid as a refund...STAY AWAY

There is no 'Live Chat', it's a complete shambles, it's impossible to get a result to a particular question. Typical Chinese junk system. You'll spend forever trying to get an actual person through 'Eva' - but it's just a computer continuously redirecting you, even if you actually ask for someone, you get nowhere. The Chinese need to realise that customer service is EVERYTHING. Avoid Aliexpress at all costs, use Amazon or Bay. They actually have real people who care. The Chinese couldn't give less of a damn. Which is to be expected. I'll never use this junk site again.

awful system. Orders constantly getting closed by system security. appealed 3 times and with different credit cards and system still can't process. CS is really awful.

I ordered some blue kyanite beads, and got an email that they had been shipped on March 1st. Still waiting! I think they must have been sent on a tortoise! I try to get in touch with aliexpress, but it goes on and on, and I never get through! I have tried over and over to contact them, but get tired of the difficulty involved.

After waiting a month my order was delivered to another state and no one got back after repeated messages. They are using US carriers to commit fraudulent activities

I ordered a transformer car for son. I placed the order, they immediately took my money but I received no confirmation email. I tried connecting with GREAT difficulty with the seller who said no order was placed nor was there a record of my order on my account. Absolute non existent customer service! Have tried many different ways to contact them but can't. I would never recommend dealing with this company to anyone!

I bought one iptV box from ZhiDeer AliExpress for $144.89 for 18 months with 18 subscription but seller has canceled my subscription only after 3 months. I have send several messages to activate my iptV box. But no responses. I wrote AliExpress few time no responses. I’m Gold member.i trusted AliExpress but they don’t want to help after 15-20days.
