I ordered six storage containers. They arrived and four of them were broken/damaged. I contacted Ali Express who informed me that I could have a partial refund OR I could return them at my own expense. I agreed to the partial refund. They then offered a sum which only covered two of the items, which I rejected. Every time I contacted them, they took ages to reply. Eventually they agreed to refund the amount to cover the four broken items. However, I then discovered that they had "refunded" me in the form of a "bonus" which could only be redeemed on Ali Express! I asked them to send the refund back to the method of payment. They refused. I left a review on TrustPilot saying essentially this. I've just had a reply from them saying yet again that they can't refund me, and I can only have this "bonus". Please do NOT give these people your money. They are quite happy to send you absolute junk, and to leave you out of pocket to either pay to return useless items to them, or be given a "bonus" which goes straight back into their coffers. They are a disgraceful, dishonest and shoddy group who are quite happy to rip people off blatantly. Please steer clear.

AliExpress: Scams, Lies, and Missing Deliveries I recently had one of the most infuriating experiences with AliExpress, their sellers, and the shady shipping company Cainiao in France. I ordered several items, but none were delivered. Despite countless refund requests, AliExpress kept demanding "proof" — a stalling tactic. I reached out to Cainiao, the so-called shipping company, which conveniently only partners with AliExpress. Their response? The items were sent back to China. Total scam. To make matters worse, the sellers — who are responsible for approving refunds — were completely unhelpful. After nearly three weeks of frustrating back-and-forth and repeated denials, I finally mentioned filing a police report. Suddenly, most of my items arrived, except for one, which they still claim was delivered. It wasn’t. This whole ordeal was a nightmare. I will NEVER buy from AliExpress again and urge you to save yourself the headache — avoid them at all costs.

Now sellers are deleting review of the customers! Aliexpress itself and almost all sellers are greatest scammers and frauds. My review got deleted by a fraud seller after one day! Such a disgrace.

Fine when it works, but any issues are dealt with by non -English speaking persons and so go against the consumer. Case in point, ordered an item, package arrived with totally different item. Requested refund, was declined as item was delivered. Escalated with evidence, refund agreed subject to returning item, return postage download didn't work so requested they re-send, refund was then declined. Two further weeks of back and forth and as they cant read English, don't read previous notes and despite proof being provided and refund agreed they still wont refund!

I ordered $151 in merch. They printed my addy wing on the label so it was all sent back to them. I never received any of it. They won't refund my money! They froze my account & won't refund or resend with the right addy. PayPal didn't do anything either! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

During the several months that my deposits were kept, I never received a call or email from their customer support department. Their blatant lack of credibility led me to conclude that this business has also defrauded a lot of other people. I was able to access my account and money after I contacted Mrs Bruce Nora, who is a recovery agent. I will NEVER buy anything for Aliexpress ever again. I ordered $60 Christmas Sweaters for a company party, they were promised by the 10th and today is the 15th and i have not received them yet. I ordered them a month ago! This is unacceptable! I dontbeven need them anymore since the Company Christmas Party was yesterday. It upset me because I also boaught one for my friend as a surprise and I feel like I let her down. I was really looking forward to wearing the sweaters together.

Just stay away, full of scamming sellers who have multiple accounts and attach the same order and tracking numbers on 2 separate orders from 2 separate accounts so it looks like something is delivered when it is not, had this happen to me, Customer service is aware of these scams and are complicit. They ask for documentation from USPS that you cannot possibly get because the false tracking number says delivered when only one order is delivered and they put the same tracking number on the second order that is not,quite the scam.Never again, Just given canned response, bot emails with no real investigation, I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere unless you have money to give away to China

NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS I tried to buy an outdoor shed since their site listed it cheaper than other sellers. After several days without a tracking number, I emailed them to check on the status of my order. I was told the item was on their shelves, but they couldn't reach it (WHAT?) and I should cancel the order. I pointed out that their listing mentioned 83 units available, though now at a higher price, to which they replied "it's out of stock". Interestingly, they never notified me or refunded my purchase until I reached out to them. I received the refund approximately a week after that. I repurchased the same item from another seller on their site and the exact same thing happened. It seems to me that this is a way to just collect your information, and use your money for several weeks. I regret using the site; I don't think it's trustworthy or worth the savings.

Beware as it turns out that the buyer insurance is worthless!! I made a number of online purchases that were delivered as per their orders but there was one that did not arrive. When I declared a dispute for a refund, I was told that period to lodge the dispute has lapsed even through the reminder message indicated that there are still 15 days left. I have lost about USD120 due to non delivery. Will not use them again as they cannot be trusted.

Disappointed with the dispute resolution process Review: I’m very disappointed with the handling of my dispute regarding a transaction with AliExpress. I purchased a product for £21.11 plus £3.99 shipping, which turned out to be faulty. Following the seller’s instructions, I returned the item at my own expense, providing all required evidence, including proof of return and photos. Despite this, AliExpress refused to refund my money without giving a valid explanation. I contacted my bank, hoping for assistance in resolving this issue. I would not recommend relying on their dispute resolution service if you’re looking for quick and straightforward assistance.

Despite waiting for two months for Logan Owen and Grayson Douglas to send $785,000 to my account, they failed to do so. It became apparent that they were a scam in the trading world, as they stopped communicating with me after claiming they needed to show a loss on my account first. Ordered merchandise was given tracking information for some other address and products from a different company. Never got what I ordered or a refund despite numerous attempts to resolve with their online customer service. As a result I paid 170 dollars for merchandise that I never received. Do not buy from this company.

Avoid shopping on AliExpress. Returns are not allowed even for defective items, which is a violation of Australian law. Look at the picture – this dongle is incompatible with Australia's 4G network (checked on government website). Even though I provided evidence and requested a return on the day of delivery, my request was still denied. I'm surprised they seem to have difficulty in understanding the Australian government's website. I never seen such rubbish online shopping site. BTW, I had contacted them at least 8 times and they only send boilerplate responses and always reject the return. They even asked me to contact the rogue sellers about the return, which is ridiculous! They don't care about buyer and fair at all. Terrible experience! Scam site!

I ordered a wood chipper from them and it appeared to be going OK. But than it said it was delivered and I never received. The tracking number was Fedex and they had a picture of a round tubular package at someone else's garage. Obviously a 200lb wood chipper does not fit in what looks like a poster tube. The house number on the Fedex tracker doesn't match my house. So now I have no package and Ali insists it was delivered. Not worth the hassle. Just use Amazon.
