“I ordered a loft bed and was given a tracking number. The tracking showed the order was delivered and signed for but it never was. Was told that was a "false" tracking number but was then given the runaround and could never find out if the item ever shipped. This is a site to stay away from!! The prices may look good and it may show shipping from the US but they are dishonest and do not make it easy to get answers.”

“Was refunded after a £21 item was not recieved but £5 shipping was not refunded...and so the whole experience cost me £5 and I got nothing...Someones business is about making money for nothing...I won't use them again and I recommend you don't either...You have been warned”

“Got tucked up by Aliexpress, paid for an item using PayPal, had email less than 24 hours later from AliE saying order cancelled as did not receive funds in time, payment is in bank pending, almost impossible to get cancellation code from PayPal, learnt a valuable lesson, if it's Aliexpress or PayPal, they can't be trusted.”

“I wish I could give them zero stars. AleExpress claims that returns are guaranteed and it is not true. I've been trying to get a refund for a used item I received; I have sent videos, pictures, and explanations, and they still deny the refund. I will never again buy from China, I'd rather pay more in the USA.”

“I had ordered a watch and made the payment for it, then the company said that the watch is not available and will return your money, till now the money has not been returned, neither any message has come, nor any call has come from Ali Express, meaning these people are not worried, they just know how to take the money, even one star is not recommended.”

“I used to buy fron Aliexpress years back without any issues. In December I purchased something that I never received and the tracking got freeze since Jan 14, 2025. I'm guessing it was due to the Canada Post strike. I openened a dispute, which the seller asked to do for the appropriate course of action. It's been over 3 months and all I get every time I attempted to contact them is their bots talking giving me the exact same answer. It's extremely frustrating. I don't think I'd buy from them anymore.”

“They don't care about customers. You have to provide videos and photos if the product you order didn't work out. The shipping and return process if they decide to give you a return takes a long time. It's not worth it.”

“I would not buy anything through AliExpress. They are committing theft! The vendor "lost" a $2300 order that I placed back on 8/17/24. I am still battling with them and PayPal trying to get my money back even after the sub-vendor admitted fault. I never had this experience before, and I buy a lot online. I will be on a mission to let everyone know how poor is AliExpress until they rightfully refund my money. As of 3/7/25, this still remains unresolved by Ali Express. I have not received my refund for a product I did not receive through no fault of my own (no cancellation from me, etc.). I will update my review if I receive my money back.”
