“I buy from them since 5 years, when I received my stuff it's ok, but around 40% of the product i bought on this site I never received. You have to open a dispute after 2 months from the order, wait a weeks or more to have a refund for something that cost under $5 that's a pain... Not sure that I will continue to shop on this site...”

“They were almost ok up until the end of 2018. Then they stopped accepting negative feedback, then they sent me 1 ip camera instead instead of 2, now they sent me 1 circuit board instead of 6, now they want photo evidence to prove it. Its always less never more.”

“Price & merchandise quality can be very good, disputes & refunds require effort, shipping time is lengthy (at 30-60 days). There is a recurring theme on AliExpress for sellers that request the cancellation of orders that they do not want to fulfill. Be advised that if a price is particularly good on a certain product, the order will almost always be cancelled by the seller. It is increasingly difficult to recommend AliExpress because of this issue.”

“So I ordered phone cases & a screen protector the cases are a little different then advertised but they are still cute just cheaper made and the screen protector is not quite as wide as it should be not a major issue considering I paid less then 4$ for all3 took about a month and a half which was expected over all after reading the reviews I’d say keep it simple when shopping from them lol buy kick nack stuff no clothes etc”

“I have been ordered on this sire for years. You can get really great deals on this site but you can also get totally ripped off. Lots of sellers on this site are shady and the item does NOT match the ad. Aliexpress as always refunded my orders that I never received or did not match the ad but I had to FIGHT and prove my story. The sellers will guarantee shipping time frames then blame the mail for something not being delivered on time. GUARANTEE is a GUARANTEE people! DO YOUR RESEARCH!”

“La mayoria de los productos han sido aceptables. La verdad, es que algunos productos no han llegado y he tenido que abrir disputa. Al abrir varias disputas me han cancelado la cuenta. Lamentable. Al hablar con ellos me dicen que espere a un email que nunca llega.”

“Leyendo las opiniones de la gente se pueden encontrar productos útiles y de cierta calidad. La parte negativa es que tardan bastante en traer los productos, pero merece la pena por el precio que tienen. Por ejemplo, unas medias con tatuajes de fantasía que aquí son difíciles de encontrar y cuando das con ellas cuestan unos 15€, comprando a través de esta web las consigues por menos de 4€. También he pedido zapatos que curiosamente me quedan mejor que los de las grandes franquicias de calzado, y la calidad es francamente la misma, además de tener mucha más variedad y ser más cómodo para las que odiamos "ir de tiendas". Además se encuentran cosas originales que cuesta localizarlas si hubiera que desplazarse físicamente, y a mejor precio que otras tiendas web que sólo hacen de intermediarios y sólo mejoran los tiempos de entrega. Otro aspecto negativo además del plazo de entrega, es que puedes encontrarte con auténticas basuras si no te guías por las valoraciones de otros compradores.”
