I bought a headset receiver from this company and they sent me the wrong receiver and then refused to either send me the correct product or refund my money . Whatva scammer only place this is I would never buy anything from them again

I purchase a electronic items from this site. The product was not working properly and I ended up threw it in garbage. The customer service is on the seller side. You will not get any volunteer from their products. It is very poor service. I would not buy anything from them or recommend them to anybody.

Please save yourself the headache !!!!!!!!! I usually don't waste my time making these reviews but if it saves another idiot like me from a wasting $$ and a headache then I have to do what's right and warn people. ALIEXPRESS IS A SCAM. I have screen shots to prove it. Tracking # are fake! They act like they are selling things and promise refunds. You will be STUCK. It goes like this: you already pay. It is past delivery date (like a month or so over) and they tell you IT IS STILL ON ITS WAY !, another month goes by, you inquire for a refund and they say ITS ON ITS WAY!, another month goes by, and they say ITLL BE DELIEVERED ON THIS DATE, and you ask for a refund after it has been over 3 months now, same process. You will be STUCK. They do not have the authority to refund you. See screen shots. Nor do they have the authority to contact the dispute team to refund you. See screen shots. NOR DO THEY WANT TOO!!

They allow stores to scam people by not sending them the items they have paid for. They refuse to issue a refund.

Pathetic with a capital P. they send me the wrong item, I request a refund for $20, they approve the refund and issue it but its never received. I almost feel its a scam in hopes I would forget about it. I message them and they will send me an email about it within 48 hours, no email, more messaging, they tell me to contact my credit card and confirm no refund, 10 min later I am talking with someone new again to go over it again and again Unless the item is worth a couple of $ I will never buy from this site EVER again, and I better be saving at least 50% over a local store because I can have it today vs 1 month with easy customer service

AliExpress enables sellers to scam you. I was sent a product that was so cheap and they insist I pay for return shipping which cost is higher than actual good. I can’t do that for a product that’s worth putting in the garbage. I can’t even salvage it. Talking to customer service is like talking to a bot with pre typed answers. Beware

I bought 10 hangers from this site and I only received four. They told me that since my order was “received” I don’t get a refund, and they are ignoring my explanation about the problem.

The item results as delivered, but I haven't received the item. There is no mode to recover anything. AliExpress, even if it has a complaint category that sounds like "the item results as delivered but it's not", didn't do anything. That means that they know the issue, but do not act accordingly. I'll try to do something with PayPal, but even they are cowering out.

For item not arrived thei tracking showed "arrived at local delivery center". My local post office tracking showed the package still out of the country. Credit as per purchase protection was denied. For evidence, tracking was not enough for them, they wanted a carrier certificate that the package was NOT delivered. As we all know, carriers only give proof of delivery (not of no delivery). So reimbursement was denied because I could not prove I am not an ...elephant!

They did not deliver the package and would not return my money because I couldn't prove they did not deliver the package. How can you prove something didn't happen. They are a den of thieves.

This is such a bad company. According to track and trace, the package was delivered and it was not. I have been trying to get my money back for 2 months now, but they refuse to conduct an investigation themselves. They are responsible for this, but they do not take that responsibility. I have now received a letter from PostNL stating that it has been lost because this is what they wanted, but I will still not get my money back. They're a bunch of scammers.

I will give zero star for this business if I can! You can't reach their customer service by phone or email, just chat! Their customer service seems polite but useless, they even silly asked me how could they help me to solve my problem. I ordered 3 large planter pots of the same style and color and been informed from the seller that they will be shipped in 3 packages. Does this make sense? Then they emailed me that the packages have been delivered, but I didn't receive anything. When I traced the tracking all the packages delivered to someone else's house not my house and those items are not the items that I ordered. I chat with the AE customer service 3 times and even sending the pictures in font of my house and the pictures of the delivery items to someone else's house so they can look at it but both they and sender kept sent me the tracking information said "delivered" and not refund my money. This company and their seller are fraud and should be removed from the Internet to prevent more victims of their fraudulence.

Their service went completely bad- I suspect its not a customer service but some arrogant view into international customers. Will not buy with them, because goods remain with their shipper, Yto Global Pty Ltd, VIC. With multiple times trying to reach on Aliexpress help I was sent same apologetic copies of messages. They pretend to be higher rank agents on chat, but really do nothing. Provided to them proof from Australia Post that item returned the shipper, Aliexpress agents would still demand some certificates of approval which Auspost dont provide, because all tracking information available is for international check and prove. So, item remains at shipper, and aliexpress fraudulently will do nothing to help. PLUS, their sellers can delete reviews, for fact! Mine is gone. Fraud platform

Do not buy from Aliexpress! Returned an item which was not as described at all, hoping to get the refund back. But the seller refused to pay any return shipping even though they should be paying due to item not as described. Aliexpress customer service instructed me to go ahead send the goods and they will reimburse me for the shipping if seller refused to pay. I did what they told me to do but the item is never getting to seller since the seller did not want to pay custom tax to release the goods from custom. The goods has been stuck at Custom for 1.5-2 months. Now the item is on the way back to me... and the seller has been ignoring my messages. And it's been 4 months, I dont have my money back and dont have the goods back either. Aliexpress is not refunding me anything and no reimbursement because they said it is not technically "delivered" as their so-called policy. They are not protecting their consumers but their sellers. I lost 400 bucks in total, and I am super tired of this already, it's been 4 months. My bank also rejected my dispute because Aliexpress kept claiming that the seller did not receive the good, and the bank cannot force them to refund... I need a solution of this, Aliexpress! You cannot let seller take advantage and trick the system like this, you are harming your customers!

I ordered a BreadMaker. The shipper gave out a Fed Ex tracking Number. I had ordered the Bread Maker on 24 August 2023 and received a tracking number in 7 Sept. 2023. When the package didn't arrive . I called Fed Ex and was told that neither my name or the address was not on the package that fed ex received an address and name that wasn't mine. Notifying Aloexpress about my problem they said they started an investigation. The shipper claimed that they had sent the product and gave the tracking number . This is the number that I had used when tracking the bread Maker. The shipper suggested that I was dishonest andwas trying to scam them. Aliexpress took the sellers word and refused to even check with fed ex. They denied the claim saying they had info that the package was delivered. Of course it was delivered but not to me. An easy check with Fed Ex and they could show that the package was never scheduled to be sent to me.

I placed an order in September and I have not received anything yet. I tried to get a refund and they wouldn't allow me. They haven't tried to fix the situation or anything

I paid money and my ordered items never show up. AliExpress suggested me to go after local post office, the sender who I need to find out in global wide and to knock my neighbors' doors. Then, they closed my dispute and refused to refund me because I cannot provide evidence. AliExpress customer service discontinued and shut down my online chat because "we cannot answer your questions". Stay away from them. Horrible shopping experience.
