“No service after sale. I ordered a charger for my Baofeng walkie talkie. I received it a couple weeks later which is OK but the problem is that it does not charge. The light blinks red/green and never stops blinking. The unit remains uncharged. I wrote to AlieExpress explaining this and this was the answer: ''yes dear, when is charge is red and full will be like it''. Obviously no clue of the problem and not interested in finding a solution. Thank god I did not pay much for the item but will never buy here again. I hope this prevents someone from doing the same mistake I did.”

“I had order shoes size 8 from Ali Express. I had put order on dated 6th September 2019 and received after long wait of 20 days on 26th September. I almost forget that I had ordered for shoes from ali express. I usually wear size 8 for shoes which is same length for all brands available in India. But the shoes I had received from ali express is under size, it had mentioned size 8 but the actual length is very short. I had requested to replace my shoes but the customer support asks me to raise dispute first then we look into it. I had raised dispute on same date, 26th September. Further they ask me for proof and I send some pics showing size is not fit for me, but all in vain. Bloody ali express closed that dispute with no conclusion. They no very well these shoes are useless for me. Further I had requested them that I am ready to bear the courier charges but even they not consider my request. I had wasted INR 1437.29 not actually I had wasted but ali express had wasted my hard earned money. Really very bad experience with ali express order no. 8001457463968995”

“Buyers, be aware. This site is scamming people. The positive reviews are placed by the actual site. Not real reviews. I have placed an order with HDMatters Official store. A total joke. Two weeks after the order was placed the order allegedly was shipped. Total scam. No tracking of the order, no information on the actual shipment. Delivery date: 3 months after the order was placed. This is absolutely ridiculous. If the shipment was coming from Mars, it would be faster than China. Don't believe their positive reviews. Not real.”

“Many dishonest sellers. So-called customer protection is non-existent. Be very very careful. They make a living by stealing 5-7$ from you. Multiplied by hundred, that makes a living in China. And tax free of course”

“I ordered headrest covers for my Kia car and it never showed up. Instead, I got some other item for a car. Looks like LED blue ribbon with wires and some plastic caps with VW logo. The other customer that ordered this probably got my headrest covers. Order was under $10. I try to ship by ePacket when available. You pay a bit more, but have better chance of ealier delivery.”

“Most of the sellers on their site are independent agents and can just change store name when too many complaints. Most ship out faulty protucts and you can not get any satisfaction out of seller or Aliexpress”

“I have ordered several products from Aliexpres .I had bought 3 bluetooth earbuds, 1st one works 2nd two one connects but nothing but static, another one was missing a charging post for recharging. I went through all the steps and never received any refunds. I bought a 795.00 misting pump when contacted seller about not shutting down the water pressure when turned off their answer was there always touchy you have to take a part and adjust and fix. I have no idea how to do this. Stay away from Aliexpress they always rule in favor of their sellers.”

“Horrible experience. They sent me the wrong size shoes. To receive a refund I had to send the shoes back to China and pay the postage which they promised to refund me but didn't. The postage was almost as much as the shoes. Don't ever use Aliexpress.”

“Ordered 2 women sweatsuits off the sight, shipping was quick but they didn’t fit so I asked to open a dispute for a refund. They are still giving me the run around about my money! Out of the whole app the only part that keeps saying “system error” is the refund process but they make sure you can order and pay without a problem. I’ve used AliExpress for years and this is the second time this has happened. I will never do business with them again. Also contacting a lawyer and the BBB.”

“I ordered 2 items and paid for them. In my "orders you paid" the order numbers are reflected, BUT they are not in my list. I have not received any item and can not raise a dispute against the seller. WHERE IS MY MONEY???? I don't have the most expensive ones reflected in my order list. (back support for the vehicle and neck support.”

“Sellers can input fake tracking numbers by creating a waybill and never shipping the product. This causes havoc with the credit card companies and shipping companies. Usually on large ticket items. I would not buy anything over $25 there. Instead of "Bait and Switch" it's "Bait and wait" The seller will promise 7-20 days delivery but it takes 3-4 months. Since the Aliexpress system has a waybill number they take the side of the seller. By that time you have already paid your credit card bill and getting your money back is a nightmare. BUYER BEWARE!!! do not spend more that 25$ on anything there. Also, they have no voice support and almost all messages are pre-made responses. Likely the worst online seller globally of that caliber. Stick with the other reliable sellers. The founder of Alibaba would be ashamed and embarrassed on how this business operates.”

“They have some nice items on sale..the problem comes in if you have a problem with your order which has happened both times i've used the site. There is no customer service number so you have to conform to sending messages with the seller and trying to reach an agreement which is a pain in the ass. It's not worth it.”
