So I am a first time purchaser. I haven't got the products, but I find the turnoff when my cc doesn't go through b/c "they" said I got the cvv code wrong. I did this 2 x using 2 different accounts - just to get a discount as a first time user. Well b/c of "my error" and the payment going through but not accepted - now your not a first time customer. So you repurchase. Coupon can not be applied. I still purchased b/c I needed the items, but get it from amazon if you can.

I initially bought an item for one price and then it ran my credit card for a different price. I immediately tried to contact aliexpress however there is no way to contact them. A phone number cannot be found anywhere. I tried chat but to no avail. I immediately cancelled my order. I have no idea what the end result is going to be but i hope its a good outcome.

Ordered 2 Dolls each over 90$ arrived not as described. Open claim and seller ask me to return only one of them at my cost. Will never buy again. Better use. Amazone, Wayfair,

Three orders, three disputes! never buy electronics that uses wifi in aliexpress (like doorbell and endoscopic camera), mobile apps does not work (check app stores) and if mobile app works wifi network is open for anyone without protection ! the last order went hundred miles from where I live and aliexpress informs that it was delivered !

They scammed me for more than $70 on a pair of shoes that never arrived. They wouldn't refund me either. These guys are SCAMMERS people, don't buy from them.

This site is a joke. They sell sizes that are ridiculously smaller than US sizes. My question is " If you are trading with the world why don't you make sizes that US people buy?" L size is roughly equal to a child pamper. LOL. What a Joke waste of money and time. This is called cheating and looting.

Depends on what you buy, it’s really a hard hit n miss. I’ve bought clothes, baby outfits and hats, household items, Halloween and Christmas decorations and they all turned out disastrous. Made with cheap quality and the descriptions were not truthful. But other time with hair accessories, baby toys, small kitchen items turned out fine, 5/5. You get what you pay for. If something is too good to be true it usually is. The return policy however is pretty good. If you don’t receive your item or if it’s defective, you’re able to file a dispute and the AliExpress team will usually issue a refund and let you keep the item if it’s not too expensive.

First order shipped to wrong adress will not refund and 2and order is now 6 weeks old and still do not have it . Poor or no customer service. Thank god for PayPal to get payment back. Stay away from these cheaters.

I have had 4 purchases from AliExpress not be delivered. I won disputes on them and received 0 refunds. AliExpress asks for entire bank statements for months if you try to get your refund which I don't feel is acceptable. That is my personal information. They also don't provide proof of things being refunded on their side. I also ordered two backpacks which were not used until the dispute time was up. They broke within a week of use and the Seller and Aliexpress did nothing. BEWARE!

Paid for order via paypal and never received the item. When i went to my alibaba account there is no history of the order I placed nor could my order be found using Transaction id or order number. As a result i will not be doing buisness with alibaba.com.

I placed a very high value order of $500 dollars for several M2 SSD. I chose the actual shop which is the one who makes the SSD, in order to not have a problem with the order. YET STILL, I received the order and one SSD is missing. After nearly a 45 min support chat with AliExpress, they made me file a dispute and give photo of the box and contents, which I did immediately while on chat. Very next day they make a decision on the claim as INVALID and DENIED, unless I can (and get this) obtain an official letter from the courier the seller used saying that the SSD was not in the package. Thats right the seller has to give ZERO evidence and is assumed to be 100% right if they say it. But the buyer has to prove it, and by means which they know FULL WELL is impossible to prove. I have now had to open a PayPal dispute, which I thank God I used. In one short word the AliExpress Disupte process is an ABSOLUTE JOKE, and is not worth anything to the buyer unless it is a 100% clear cut undeniable reason such as it was not shipped. In which situation it is still useless because there IS NO DISPUTE in that situation as the seller has no leg to stand on in the first place !!!! Take my advice (unless you dont mind loosing money), either dont use AliExpress or if you do pay via PayPal and / or credit card. So your protected against fraud / cheating.

Look ima be straight up, these are cheap websites. The same as Wish and any other website where you see the same products and photos for different prices. You gonna pay for something cheap your gonna get something cheap. I love this site because sometimes you do get what you want and it may not be in great condition, but that's where you got to be smart and look at the reviews of the things your going to buy and look at the photos. Make sure that other people got what they paid for before you buy it. Find a certain store that is legit. Other than that ofcourse there are gonna be some products you'll get that won't be what you expect. You got to be smart Holmes. Do your research that's why your here right?
