Seller offers no customer support, Aliexpress customer service is poor to say the least and the majority of the products are cheap for a reason.

I'm from Canada and in my experience AliExpress is totally trustworthy. If I don't receive an item, I always get refunded. Yeah, there is a lot of cheap stuff sold which will fall apart, but what would one expect when buying something really cheap? I recommend Ali to everyone.

Only 20% of orders are delivered and vendors refuse refunds and beg to cancel disputes. Ebay and Amazon have better delivery reputation.

AliExpress is great if there are no issues. But if your package does not arrive, or you need to get a refund and send something back, you are pretty much on your own. Their appeals process is nothing more than smoke and mirrors. How do you provide evidence that you didn't receive something? That's what they ask for. Buy at your own risk.

Do not trust Ali Express. The seller sends the wrong product and yet Ali express did not attempt to solve my issue. Did not communicate with me nor attempted to solve my complaint. Very pathetic customer service by ali Express.

people who would like to order things from aliexpress should write a note on the order form on their website by using the special instructions box "if i do not receive the ordered items correctly and on a timely manner i will go to the police PLEASE WRITE THIS IN CHINESE TO MAKE THEM REACT USE A TRANSLATOR THIS IS THE ONLY WAY THAT THEY ARE GOING TO STOP FROM DOING WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND PUT AN END TO THIS

I ordered some products from Ali express I waited 3 months never received items according to their tracking which is Impossible to understand ,said it had been delivered emailed the seller would not respond ,tried to email ali express they would not even acknowledge there was even a problem !!! I had to go through my pay pal account to get my money reimbursed this website is a scam do not waste your time or money

I did not receive the order, and at the post office I did not find the shipping number, they do not present proof of having been delivered to my address. I was tricked And Aliexpress still gives the seller reason, incredible. They are the two to steal. They don't steal from me anymore.

ALIEXPRESS is NOT an honorable retailer Received a guitar where the neck fell off within 2 months of receipt. Repair of the guitar would cost more than the $400 guitar itself. Seller wanted me to pay ANOTHER $250 to ship a replacement for their defective goods. Impossible to get full refund from AliExpress - customer service offered $40 on a $400 guitar. They take no responsibility for the stuff they sell. I have bought a lot of stuff from AliExpress, and had problems on about 15% of transactions - the stuff they sell is junk. DO NOT BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS - THEY ARE NOT A RELIABLE OR HONORABLE SELLER.

They are not reply to Complaints and the online service stupid. I ordered 5 item in one order and I paid online all the charges. They didn't mention through my purchase that there is extra delivery charge for each item of my order. Delivery company called me and they want me to pay 30 dirhams for each item which is too much and it didn't mentioned during my purchase. I tried to complain but there is no response.

Despite huge choice, nothing is proper. From goods description, copy of branded items, poor packaging and a terrible shipping system. Seller has 15 days to shipped your goods! They get the tracking number and it takes another 3/4 days before the shipper pick up your parcel! Some competitor are much better and for few extra € you get an outstanding service and steadfast delivery.

Aliexpress is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they make 100% sure that you cannot check on your order. They refuse correct passwords, they make sure that you cannot change your password, it does not matter what you try and use for a password they reject it, although it is exactly according to there requirements, as long as the password does not work you are blocked from tracking your order, my order allready paid for is months overdue, they dont respond to any emails and there customer service is A JOKE, DONT EVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE
