I bought a Costway brand split AC unit from Aliexpress. If you need any help no one will help. This site may have cheap items but the customer service is bad. No one answers to a complaint. anything you buy you need to keep.

Have tried to use on and off for year's, but the fact is their sellers are unreliable and dodgy. Their Customer services are rude don't bother to listen and just lie all the time. Tried to raise a formal complaint, not possible Customer services out of control.

There wasn't an option for Zero stars Quite possibly the most ignorant, shocking and truly disappointing customer services I've ever had the misfortune of attempting to communicate with. Had trouble with last 3 orders, last one didn't arrive. Seller didn't want to know, Customer Services at Aliexpress wasn't interested. Sick of trying to communicate. Stick the order where the sun doesn't shine, I won't be buying anything else or using that account ever again. Even after giving them all the details and receiving an email stating there were refunding, the refund never arrived. Please don't waste your time, money or energy trying to purchase anything or communicate with this so called company, rotten to the core and Dishonest. Buyers beware, avoid at all costs.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered an item that was supposedly shipped over 40 days ago, but I still haven’t received it. Despite multiple conversations and promises from customer support that the issue would be resolved, all I received were excuses and delays. They constantly ask me to wait, but I’ve waited long enough. Instead of resolving the issue, they seem to be covering for unreliable sellers who send junk to customers and disappear for months. The platform clearly doesn’t vet their sellers, nor do they punish or block them for poor service, allowing them to continue scamming people. I’ve already contacted my bank to reverse the payment and get my money back since this company has proven to be untrustworthy. I will not be doing business with them again and will warn others to avoid this platform at all costs. If you value your time and money, stay awayβ€”this platform is unreliable and full of scammers.

Have never deliveried my item and kept my money, claiming I had to provide proof of none delivery. This what I wrote to them. "Where is your proof that delivery was made. I know I do not have the mirror and Aliexpress is a scam operation. I will be contesting payment with paypal and rating this seller accordingly. What a joke Aliexpress is. First I get emails offering full refund because the mirrors I paid for on November 1st, 2024 has not been delivered. I know I have not gotten them. Then the seller claims one was delivered on December 22nd, 2024. Again you have provided no proof of delivery, but you steal my money. How stupid to ask me to provide proof I have not received the mirror. That is impossible. You are are SCAM."

Pls do not buy here !all the staff and management will not help you when you’re cheated by the sellers ! They ask you to return the item by saying seller bear the postage and once done , that’s it They will close the case ! Dammit!

I ordered some items in early December for Christmas. It'stated I would get these items by Christmas. I did not in fact, I didn't get them until a week after Christmas. So I had to buy extra gifts in the meantime.. I tried very hard to get a hold of customer service which didn't help. I tried to get ahold of the seller, All they could tell me was that it was on its way. I put in for a refund Telling them.I wanted a refund because I haven't received the item and that it was supposed to be for christmas. They played around with it until I finally received the items now They won't refund me because I received the items. And their way of making up for it is to give me a dollar coupon. I will never. Order from them again. If you want cheap stuff buy it off temu. I have bought hundreds of items off a temu and I have had no problems with refunds or returns.

If I could give ZERO stars I would after I settle with a scam seller I'M DUN I won't even look at the sight again EVER! If you like spending 20-min with a rep then all of a sudden the dialog starts from the beginning again / HOW CAN I HELP YOU W.T.F. this is a sight that the people that you are dealing with a yes yes yes people. In my case I live in Canada the power here uses 60HZ frequence I make sure and specifie that the power-inverter needs to be 60HZ (they have 50HZ and 60HZ advertised in there add) and THEN THE yes,yes,yes, person SENDS 50HZ W.T.F. /// So if you want the aggravation and I have had 4 out of 8 items with this COMMUNICATION PROBLEM going on or they just send a pile of JUNK that they call a kit I warned you I am DUN NEVER AGAIN.

Bought an item that was completely fake. I am currently in the process of trying to get a refund and it is taking a long time. They asked that I send the item back which I did and now I am still waiting for a refund. The customer service agent doesn't help all they can do is escalate the issue with no resolve. Save your money and time and go somewhere else

I've opened up 3 disputes for a refund on Aliexpress website about this horrible wig. They refuse to give me a refund! I ordered a 16 in wig. Though this one says 10 inches and it has no style to it. It doesnt even look like the wig in the picture. I would never purchase a wig the same length as my hair. Last year I bought wigs from this company. They did the same thing. Sent me 3 wigs that werent as the description. I was able to use two of them. Even though they weren't the lenght I paid for. The 3rd one I gave away when they insisted I wasnt eligible for a refund. Being that they say there was nothing wrong with the wigs. This time I'm demanding a refund!! The 1st one is how it should look. Worst customer service ever. If you will get a broken or wrong item it is your problem. For a refund you will need to send it back to China and hope that the seller will get it and mark that all is fine otherwise you can forget your money

I bought what I thoughtwas a 14 inch laptop. The courier delivered a package which turned out to be a cover which I assume to be some sort of tablet. Therefore I have been defrauded by the seller and in ntrying to geta refund from Aliexptess I have been given the run around. I have explained the same thing several times and they keep asking me fpor proof - yes a package was delivered but not the item I paid for. I now want the sellers details so Ican submit a police report for an investigation into criminal charges. This also has not been forthcoming. I have supplied a delivery confirmation image - supposed to be a 14 inch laptop (you decide because they can't).

Recently purchased two phones from aliexpress, one turned out does not work in the U.S., the second was a used phone in a new different brand case. There really is no customer support. I just had to take the loss. The Chinese vendors have no respect for U.S. buyers, the just want to separate you from your money. I think it is worth buying inexpensive products, so if you take a loss it will not be a big one.

No help at all with undelivered items . Three separate items all large not delivered. They sent pictures of the delivery for all three orders. All three pictures were exactly the same- a small envelope and all three items were large. No help resolving issue. Too bad so sad attitude
