This company is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They send out goods not as described then they eventually agree to a full refund and give a date that if will be paid but then fail to keep those promises. They don’t refund . If you post a bad review they reply quickly with platitudes about not wanting their customers to experience this type of service but do nothing about it. They ask you to provide more details, then just refer you back to customer service where the whole cycle starts again. Customer service operatives are not authorised to do anything, they merely recite company policy then eventually refer it to the higher team. The higher team hides behind generic emails responses which is exactly the same every time… they don’t even use your name so it’s definitely generic, just hit the button to decline and there is no way to reply to these emails do you have your start the whole process again. So lesson learned, please learn from my mistake and don’t give this company any of your hard earned cash, a bargain is not a bargain when the pictures are fake, the sizing us wildly inaccurate and they don’t refund. Also take heed from other customers on here who have never got the refund when returning goods. This company is the definition of “buyer beware “. I predict the reply they are going to leave will probably start with “not what we want our customers to experience etc etc” but this is exactly the experience of this customer and they are more than happy to keep this cycle going without doing what they agreed. So bad they are laughable, but don’t let the joke be on you. Don’t deal with them.

good platform for scammers! From my experience: I buy a product, receive a completely different thing at half the price. You demand a refund and the seller sends you less than 50%. And the deal is closed. And that's it! After that, you can't write or call anywhere to raise this issue. You are fed prepared answers everywhere. And you lose money. It's good for the scammer, because he got money for garbage. It's good for AliExpress, because he got a commission. It's only bad for you, because you were left without money and a fool. Now I tell everyone about my sad experience and none of my friends want to buy there anymore. Amazon is more reliable.

I ordered a few thing from Aliexpress one was a hard disk which turned out to be faulty (it had bad sectors). My return was accepted and this was when things went horribly wrong. The item was received back but then the seller disputed the return. Aliexpress closed the case and kept the item in their returns center. So now I've paid for an item I sent back and don't have a refund for - essentially this is a type of theft. Please be careful when dealing with this company especially with returns as it seems they promise refunds but hen don't honour them as well as keeping the time you returned. They claimed that they delivered the itme, with a proof of photo at my door. However, i never received it! and the best part was: They asked me to show proof of not receiving it!!!

I had a terrible experience with this purchase on AliExpress. I never received the product, and when I reported the issue, AliExpress demanded I provide proof that it wasn’t delivered. They asked me to contact a Chinese logistics company to obtain a delivery document. The logistics company never replied to my emails, and AliExpress expected me to call a local Chinese number—from the U.S.! How is it fair to shift the burden of proof to the customer, especially when the product was never delivered? I contacted AliExpress customer service on 1/22/25, and they assured me it would be delivered by 1/23/25, telling me not to worry. This was clearly false, as the tracking hadn’t updated since 1/15/25, when it was supposedly in California—I live in Arkansas, so delivery within a day was impossible. Then, on 1/23/25, the status suddenly changed to claim it was delivered on 1/18/25. That makes absolutely no sense. This entire process feels like a scam. The lack of accountability from both AliExpress and the seller is incredibly frustrating, and I would strongly caution others about shopping here. I’m extremely disappointed. I have been a loyal AliExpress customer for 10 years, but this is my last day shopping with them.

If I could give a negative review star I WOULD! Everything I ordered was never delivered and one coffee table that was stated delivered never was. I also ordered two end tables and the supplier canceled the order... I also had purchased a sideboard cabinet and the seller stated my address was incorrect and that they could not deliver it... reordered it yet again after confirming google address and yet again never was able to get a legit purchase. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!

I was sent the wrong item and Aliexpress insisted on a return before a refund. Five months later and nothing but cheating and lies from their Escalations Team I am still without my refund. The item was very expensive and their stubborn dishonesty is mindboggling. They have claimed anything and everything from not getting the item back, of swapping the items and even that I odered the wrong item in the first place. They're just stinking thieves and charlatans. I am still waiting for my refund.

Great platform until you need customer support Great Platform to buy cheap products. If you ever need customer support to defend you on a dispute probably you will be ignored and the seller will win even if he scams you. Most of times the decision center seems like they dont even read the complains and respond you random stuff or just ignore the problem.

this aliexpress is fraud, they play game, they put delivery address of their known people and show status USPS delivered, even USPS gave statement this is happening and some webiste does intentionally they do not delivery item at provided address. i ordered freezer, and it took month to solve the issue, i had to contact my bank for this fraud , i had to contact USPS, ( PAYPAL WHICH WAS ALSO WORSE.) do not order at aliexpress, they are fraud and then they delted your account so you can not have access to check the order information or history.

If 0 stars was an option 👇 after return dispute was agreed to the store went on vacation:/ no means to consent to postal costs I have to pay to return item, that on dispute page stated to be paid by seller. Post Office cannot identify the return address provided to even give a return cost to dispute. Chat agent bots just keep making me explain the situation repeatedly. Only 3 days left for expected return, yet it's going to take 24-48 hours for an email response from management to get any further assistance. There are so many other frustrations that I have endured in this process, but to sum it up... I'm exhausted and so disturbed with such poor service. I will never order from AliExpress again!

My item never arrived and I have had to escalate it to PayPal to get my refund because they are being difficult. I'm still anxiously waiting from PayPal about getting my refund. AliExpress has been nothing but difficult through this whole process. I ended up buying the same product from Amazon which came the next day. Wish I did that to begin with.

Hi. I can't understand why on temu the parcels will arrive in 7 days and on AliExpress it takes almost 3 months to be delivered.I think it's better that AliExpress will organise the delivery more efficient so we will be looking forward to buying from AliExpress.

I request you guys to be careful whenever you order anything from AliExpress because I ordered a tablet from Alibaba and it turned out to be defective and I asked them to return my tablet. They said we will return it but you will have to bear the cost of sending it yourself. The cost of sending it here from Europe is 49 euros. According to Alibaba's policy, there is free label shipping. But when you ask them to return my item because it is defective, they will not tell you to bear the cost of sending it back. That is why I request my guys that almost all of them are on Sellerly Express.Apart from this, their helpline also does not solve any of your problems. They will keep messaging you for two hours but in the end they will tell you that we will solve your problem but even after a week they do not solve any of your problems. All the sellers on Alibaba send all the defective goods to you people and when you ask them to return them, they say that send it back but you will have to bear the cost of sending it back yourself. This is the second time this problem is happening to me. Ali Express does not help you in this.

The floor sweeper was too good to be true. I returned the products through UPS drop off service and USPS online tracking service confirmed the return but Ali Express will not honor the proof and refused to refund my money. It is such a struggle to get a refund. In the end they have both- the products and my money. It is so infuriating to be scammed. Ali Express should level up and be more ethical in their business practices. It is a surprise why they can stay in business this long with the kind of service they render to trusting customers. Even their dispute team cannot resolve the problem and it is to the favor of the seller and not the buyer.

This is a fraudulent platform that I strongly recommend everyone avoid. I received a used and defective product. When I requested a refund, I was instructed to send the item back to the seller, but the address provided was nonexistent. The post office confirmed that such an address does not exist, so the seller did not receive the item. Despite providing evidence, the AliExpress platform decided not to refund my money.

Bad quality stuffs. Fake Lithium battery and wrong stuffs were delivered to me. Look like some sellers are scammers. Ful refund but suspect sellers collected personal information for illegal activities in US.

I never received my order!!! Wrote to the seller which wrote that he will refund me. I never got a refund. Aliexpress sent me a tracking number that I received the patio furniture. I went to the post office to check it but the tracking was mailed to someone else. The package weighed 4 ounces. Can a patio furniture which was delivered to someone that was on the package and was delivered to a mailbox. Can it be? Instead of Aliexpress check with the seller if he send the furniture they are sending me to the post office and want me to provide letter and to ask my family and neighbours about something which never sent!!!

I have not had a great experience with AliExpress. My first order too forever to arrive. The seller sent me a FEDEX tracking number, but the package came to my business with someone else's name on the label and it came via UPS. My next three orders were all paid for and like clockwork the orders were canceled and the payments refunded. The excuses were almost identical and blamed the warehouse for not having the item. I can't be sure, but it seems like a scheme to use my money for a few weeks and then give it back. The biggest problem is that AliExpress makes it hard to get answers and impossible to leave feedback on lousy vendors.
