Ordered Convection Oven, sell page showed 20 available, shipped from US Location & promised fast shipping. After many days with no contact I sent message requesting update.More stalling, then finally a reply; “Sorry Item not in stock – Refund started”. After several days I verified the refund. Found a different seller who showed 10 available, shipped from US Location & promised fast shipping. Same story, stall, no contact then “Sorry Item not in stock – Refund started”. Tried to contact AliExpress to complain, very difficult process, everything is by chat. Whenever I asked a tough question, they shuffeled be to a new C.S. agent and I had to start all over. Finally at Customer Service suggestion, I found a different seller and messaged them to comfim the “30 Available” was correct & they could ship to me from US Locaton. After they verified, I ordered, then same stall. After 3 or 4 days I asked for update. Response was; “We will contact the logistics provider for you”. Three days no response, I ask again. Response was: “We will contact the warehouse for you”. Finally after anther 3 days I insist on status they repond: “Sorry, our goods cannot be delivered to your address“. This has got to be some sort of Ponzi scheme. I’ve been told that AliExpress holds the funds until transaction is completed. If this is true, it makes me wonder if some of these sellers are real or just ghost sellers setup by AliExpress to hold funds as long as possible & then use other order funds refund first order. “Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, three times is deliberate action”.

Regarding my inquiry about order: 8193324498169734. Can you please give me a status? I posted i complaint some 10 days ago. You promised an answer within 3 days. In Dutch: AliExpress reageert NIET, ondanks toezegging! Car radio console crashed binnen garantietermijn. Leverancier Pxton Car stereo player store reageert niet op mijn chatberichten! Weigeren elk contact ook via Whatsapp. Schandalig! Ik heb gewoon een jaar garantie. Dat wil ik dan ook hebben. Ik heb nu een nieuwe bij een andere leverancier moeten kopen, omdat ik anders mijn auto systemen niet kan bedienen. Ik wil mijn geld terug! Helaas nog steeds niets van AliExpress mogen ontvangen. Ze reageren ook NIET op mijn mails!

AliExpress sends defective products and forces customers to return them, otherwise, they won't receive a refund. They do not value their customers and are causing them stress. It's shameful.

I bought an emszero body sculpt machine with RF handles and got it on a 1.1 sale for 57% percent off. With a coupon for an additonal 80 off. It was an amazing deal and seemed too good to be true. Well, it was definitely a scam and too good to be true. They processed the payment on my credit card. Then two days letter they sent me a message on whatsapp saying the payment I made was only a deposit and I needed to pay an additional $420.00. I told them there was no mistake made and I paid what was due via alliexpress. I told them I would report them and the scam they were pulling. Do not trust buying on this site, because the sellers are very shady and this happens often. I was so sad, as I really wanted that machine. I waited for years to get that sort of price, but feared it was too good to be true. They told me if I was unwilling to send the additional 420.00, then I needed to cancel the order. Not sure Alliexpress will do anything about it. I am not certain I will ever buy via alliexpress again either. This has really burned me. Beware! Many scam sellers are on this site and if you think the deal, even a sale is too good to be true, then it more than likely is. Order number 8195223552609618.

This app is real scammer This app is real scammer. They give you one estimated delivery date, 80% of the case the orders don't come , but when you ask for your refund they just answer you that order is in transit and you can not get your money as a proof they give you fake tracking number what shows that order is somewhere ( of course not in the correct country) and of course if you check this tracking number you will find out that is FAKE and even you send all this to support and they agree that seller is scammer ............. still you never get your money ! NEVER ! The are just scammers !

Ordered 2 orders 3 days apart. Received the first order , but not the second even though it said delivered. Contacted them and they insisted it was delivered and would not resend or refund. NEVER AGAIN will I order anything from AliExpress.

This is the most awful buying experience I have had! I bought a couch, they claim “fast delivery.” I never received the couch and after numerous messages to both the seller and AliExpress my money was not refunded. This left me with no couch since I would need the funds to purchase another. The holiday is approaching, I have family visiting and I have NO couch. Their “ buyer protection,” IS BULLSH*T! I will never buy anything overseas again! 😢

Dont buy from ali express. I ordered an item and was not delivered to my address. I even doubt that the tracking number they provided to me is correct. Never received the item. Worst, they would not refund immediately. Contacted seller and ali customer service but would not badge for giving my money back.

I am only leaving one star to get into this box. I ordered a fishing vest in May for Fathers day in June. I contacted the company several times via email - they did not have my street address so I never received the gift. No credit, no gift. Never again.

AliExpress Fraudulent Business Practices – Won’t Honor Welcome Deal Terms And Will Not Refund When Product is Defective. My family ordered 5 cosplay costumes from AliExpress under their “Welcome Deal” promotion for new accounts which states that they guarantee “Free Returns” within 15 days of receiving the item. We verified this on their website and in chat sessions with their customer service agents before ordering any product to make sure we would not have any problems if the item did not fit or wasn’t right. When an item we are disputing the charge for was received, it had defects, so we requested a return. The Welcome Deal alone should have guaranteed us a free return, but the defects definitely put it in a category that AliExpress states clearly on their website qualifies for free returns and a full refund. Rather than granting the return request, to our astonishment, AliExpress handed off our return to the seller even though AliExpress is the one guaranteeing the Welcome Deal free returns! The seller of the product kept requesting additional “evidence” of the defect, requiring more pics, videos, and explanations. Neither the seller nor AliExpress would honor AliExpress’ own policy for Welcome Deal returns. This is false advertising by AliExpress with the intent to defraud the customer. I guess we’re not welcome. We have chat transcripts where an AliExpress agent acknowledges “This is seller’s fault, not yours”. AliExpress offered a partial refund which we hit the “reject” button on because we are due a full refund and free return shipping with a prepaid shipping label as advertised on the AliExpress website. AliExpress is not standing behind its clearly stated policies and will not resolve this and this is just dragging out now for over a week, so we are disputing the charge. If we knew AliExpress was lying, we would never have ordered from them in the first place. AliExpress screws everyone over who has regular returns or even defective/damaged claims because they know only a fraction of customers will dispute it with their credit card companies. AliExpress desperately wants to hang on to those valuable US GNPs because they are worth much more than their yuan, so they defraud us Americans. They know they can keep the majority of the money claimed because some people will just take the small partial refund offered, and they know Americans will give up and don't have time to keep providing additional, never-ending proof, pics, videos, and essays. And then AliExpress still rejects the claim anyway. It's their job to argue with the customer and AliExpress never intends to refund the customer. It’s their racket and borders on deceptive and fraudulent business practices. They have no intention to run an honest business or uphold their own stated policies, as it is a sham. AliExpress' whole system is a racket of deceit and manipulation. Beware of this site. We will never, ever buy from AliExpress again. It’s not worth the hassle and headache!

Just terrible service and very misleading. Offering descriptions of something and then sending something different. When trying to contact their Customer Service all I got was the run around. Had to dispute the case with my AMEX card. Patpal was not much of a help either.

AliExpress doesn't allow returns. I bought a water timer but I didn't use and I wanted to return. AliExpress didn't provide a return link and refused to provide a return label after many attempts to contact their online customer service. I would recommend to avoid buying from the website especially for overseas customers since they don't want to receive returned items.

Worse experience I have had. Product shipped and I received two weeks later only to learn that it does not fit. I have tried to communicate with Aliexpress but no success. It is such a hassle!!! I will never buy anything from Aliexpress again!!!!

If something seems too good to be true it probably is. Many of the stores on AliExpress advertise items 90% lower than Amazon or Temu but they never ship the item out. I experienced this a four or five times with different items. Aliexpress does nothing about it. Sure you get a refund but you lost out on opportunities other sites might have had. I just deleted my aliexpress account I will not be shopping there again
