“Look ima be straight up, these are cheap websites. The same as Wish and any other website where you see the same products and photos for different prices. You gonna pay for something cheap your gonna get something cheap. I love this site because sometimes you do get what you want and it may not be in great condition, but that's where you got to be smart and look at the reviews of the things your going to buy and look at the photos. Make sure that other people got what they paid for before you buy it. Find a certain store that is legit. Other than that ofcourse there are gonna be some products you'll get that won't be what you expect. You got to be smart Holmes. Do your research that's why your here right?”

“I was hesitant about using AliExpress. I love it. Ive had maybe 2 not received or broken items. And it was refunded immediately when I contacted the seller. Ive had great Communication with the sellers and their prices are amazing. You have to be smart though, people who complain about quality, seriously you want high end all the time then go to a store and pay more money.”

“I ordered recently many items for bathroom reno like high end shower set, sink faucets, two different linear drains, switches, lights etc. Every item from different suppliers. All vendors were very helpful, friendly and communicative. All shipments came in shorter time that listed. Quality of products are very good and nothing was broken, gamage ir missing. I choose more expensive items from high rated suppliers, may be that's the trick”

“Don't know how aliexpress got so many negative comments, For years I've been buying here and I got all my items working fine. Once I had dispute over one item and I got refund in 3 days. I would say if you are careful while buying it's safe just as Amazon or Ebay.”

“I don’t know why people keep saying it a scam because I order so many items from this site and I always get my items for good price and quality. I even talk to the seller, telling them what I want or if I have a problem. It’s not a scam at all. You can even see Youtubers buy these items. If it was a scam why did they get their items?”

“I have ordered from Aliexpress many times. It's quite cheap and the items usually as described (I usually order from larger sellers). I have received every product I ordered. Delivery time is usually pretty long though, some products may be poor quality (but it depends on the product). Overall I had a positive experience.”
