PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS EVEN WHEN PRODUCT WAS MISREPRESENTED. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY MAKE YOU GO THROUGH ALL THESE PORTALS AS IF THEY WILL ASSIST YOU, ONLY TO DENY YOUR CLAIM. THEY ASK FOR PICTURES BUT IGNORE THE PICS WHEN SENT. !@#$%^&*( SORRY COMPANY!!!!!!

I would give it a zero if I could. They would not allow a return even though their website states free returns. I had another order that was never delivered and they don't allow you to dispute it. Worst company....Not legit at all.

Sellers taking advance mony and given fake tracked no, after holding money for long time, if u contact they tell sorry product returns un know reason, we will refund,
Think twice before purchasing through Ali express, there are cheaters

Its better to buy from Amazon / Flipkart, even if you have to pay more, as the feedback you see for items reviewed is not rigged and you will returns for defective items.

Jasmine Wedding Dress and Everbeauties Official Store- both sent me items that were not as descibed. Both state on their websites, fast easy returns and refunds. It is a lie. They will not accept the returns. They go against their own policies. Do not shop from either one you will be disappointed.
