First of all, no phone number to contact anyone and your chat customer service is a joke!!!!. Secondly It has been close to a month and I haven't received my full order. After truly an hour online retrieving info. Your "chat" I was able to put in a dispute, hopefully I will get a refund so i don't have to cancel credit card. and dispute charges. I don' t care how much you can save, all this extra time, work and energy is not worth a few dollars savings!!!!

There trash. I ordered a iPhone XMax case which was a Jordan case. When my package was delivered I got a regular X case and it was Even a Jordan case it was a fake Gucci case. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM

Your seller, Umidigi official store sold me a phone that died in three weeks. They don’t answer my messages and there’s no help from AliExpress customer service either. You promised to help but nothing has been done. You are crooks and liars people!

Ali Express are good with customer care and quality. But the local post service named Pakistan Post is bad at delivering parcels on time and to the correct address.

The product is not even close to what it should be. The hair is super thin and useless. I has told to lie and give the site 5 stars in order to get a refund. I only received $8 on a $65 wig.

Out of three orders with ali express only one worked out .I received a damaged bow limb and asked for a replacement after 12 weeks of waiting and numerous requests for my money back my bank intervened and made a charge back.I am totally fed up with trying to get decent supplier in ali express so that is it for me never again

Bought oxygen concintrator from one of the places and it broke down before warranty was up and seller plays stupid on replacement request after contacting twice (Salina )Trump needs to boycott these people also

I pity the fool who buy stuff from Aliexpress. including myself brought a set of mud guard from Ali, sent me 8 screw, with only 4 bolt clip. talked to seller, not solving any problems. So i said want refund and ship back then the seller got disappeared. untill now, still fighting with ali for my full refund. over 35 business day !! 2 month !! things on ali are not that cheap. and if you got something shitty? you are on your own! their customer service will escalated the case. yeah, that the case management will contact you single direction!! wow!! so i pity the fool who buy stuff on Aliexpress !

Searchable store, results filter by price, reviews, etc. I have found products that are not available in my country. I am happy with that company effort to bring to all of us their stuff at good price with low shipping cost. Problems? yes, one seller shipped wrong product then I opened dispute with photos as evidence, some days later AliExpress solved with reimbursement. Thanks. Tienda de búsqueda, filtro de resultados por precio, comentarios, etc. He encontrado productos que no están disponibles en mi país. Estoy contento con el esfuerzo de la compañía por traer a todos sus productos a buen precio y con un bajo costo de envío. ¿Problemas? sí, un vendedor envió el producto incorrecto y luego abrí la disputa con fotos como prueba; algunos días después, AliExpress resolvió con el reembolso. Gracias.

They stole a digital image of my friend's art and now sell it as a tapestry. Despite filing a complaint for copyright infringement, they are STILL selling his artwork with NO recognition or royalties to the artist. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BOOTLEG GARBAGE "STORE".

Absolute joke of a company, 1 star is too good for this company. Stay well away and take your business elsewhere. There really is no protection for the buyer even though they state they have a dispute process and all that bull. Thankfully i'd only spent about £120, but in the future I was looking to purchase much more of these items. I'd purchased a carbon spoiler for my car, but the seller had sent the wrong item. I'd paid about £100 for the item, and a further £23 to the UK government for VAT. Upon opening, the item was for another vehicle and not mine. I opened a dispute with the seller and they said that if i closed the dispute, they'd send the correct spoiler. Which i disagreed with which would leave me with no protection at all and most likely not receiving the replacement spoiler as dispute would be closed. The dispute stated that i needed to send the spoiler back. Bare in mind sending the spoiler from UK to China was £83, which would again leave me more out of pocket and not really worth it. After contacting aliexpress numerous times to explain this, i was told i would get an update back in a week. I contacted them repeatedly as i heard nothing back from them. The dispute had closed and in the favour of the seller. Even the appeal was rejected. They seem to ignore alot of the information you've told them, as the rejection for the dispute/appeal explained that the item wasn't sent back despite me explaining this situation over chat countless times. Throughout the chat, they'd always said they'd contacted the seller and would get back to me within a few days or a week. It was pretty obvious they were protecting/siding with the seller as they had a large catalogue of items on the aliexpress site which meant continuous $$ for aliexpress. The buyer protection policy is a scam in my eyes, as they realise that nobody will be sending anything back to China due to the cost of the shipping to return. Find a better of alternative to aliexpress and save yourself the hassle.

I had order no. 100965466252676 - a drawing pad of Dimensions (WxHxD):221*146*4.5mm(8.7*5.75*0.18inch), according to their product page. I received instead a pair of wireless headset - crappy ones, I threw them away after 3-4 use. As I told them, the package was too small to hold the drawing pad that I bought. I opened a dispute, AliExpress stepped in and even if I provided them all the evidence I had, the seller showed a slip with the proof that the package was shipped (in Chinese!) and that's it. That meant for AliExpress operators that I got the right product - the fact that they sent the package (no matter what was inside) was enough to convince them! I made closer to 100 orders on AE. Most of the products are crappy, in my opinion: the electronics brake easily - you have warranty but you have to pay for transportation back. The phone cases (2-3 of them) didn't fit well on my phone and so on. I deactivated my account after this and never buy from here again.

Lousy dispute management. I received a faulty product and asked for a refund, seller refused to do it so i escalated it. Uploaded the evidence only for aliexpress to judge that it is “invalid”. Now i have just paid usd300 for a device that doesnt even work. What buyer protection?Scam!

Stay away...took 5 weeks to receive a blouse and was a child size not for adult...and so cheap material..i was so upset i had to laugh..was I on candid camera. I requested a return with full refund and was told I had to pay for the return shipping to China which was more than the blouse. STAY AWAY..POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CHEAP PRODUCTS

some of their products are ok some are not , but in general cheaper clothings speciallly shirts and dresses are low quality, even the ones that have good revews. you should also check who is giving those reviews.most of their customers are from eastern europe and Russia, well they give good reviews because same low quality products in their country costs 2 or 3 times more and people dont make much money. while in canada and state, sometimes with the same price you find waay better clothings. still you can open despute if you are not happy with the products.

You’re not sorry at all! Most companies make amend when a customer has been unconvinced. At the end as you know the product was less than desirable & the customer service deplorable! Then you ask me to give you a 5 star rating for exchange for a refund Then knocked it down to $25.00 because you couldn’t trust that l would give you a 5 star rating even after the refund! You were so comical! It’s a pathetic company so be mindful of your dealings with them! I suggest you do not buy from them! It can be the worst online shopping nightmare you will ever encounter! I promise to make sure that everyone know how truly horrible they are! Especially since they know how bad they are & instead of doing the right thing try to hide behind false high ratings!
