BEWARE SCAMMER WEBSITE!!!!!!! The seller sent me the wrong item and AliExpress covered him up the whole time because the item "looked similar". What's the point of online shopping then!!!! I'm now pretty sure the seller didn't have the item I ordered so he sent me a similar one because he knew AliExpress would be on his side. I didn't receive a refund. They told me that in order to receive a refund I had to send it back AT MY OWN EXPENSES. This is just silly, if you don't want to lose your money PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

Can I give them less than 1 star? The product arrived but didn't work. I explained but they demanded a video of the fault which on a 128Gig SD card would take hours and hours to demonstrate and then the video would be far to big to upload. I offered to return it so they could test it themselves but Aliexpress just said I didn't provide the requested evidence and closed the case with no refund and no appeal. I wish they were an Australian store as they've breached our consumer law here but no such protection when dealing with them.

Its been over a month going on 2 months and i still dont have what i ordered. So i put a stop payment on it now i dont care if comes or not my bank reversed my money and i ordered the same item frim walmart.com and recieved it in 2 days and im enjoying my product. PLEASE dont use aliexpress. And i blocked them on my emails cause now they are sending me things to buy and i didnt recieve the first item what nerve

This is so bad l wantEd to order online my card was not going by AliExpress and they told me to send Appel application l send it to them was denied and they told me to used other method like western union l make the payment and they instruct me to complete it through an agent l want there still the total amount purchase on AliExpress is not going through l was so mad

Seller seems never send the item to me, open dispute and aliexpress at the seller side, arguing the seller sent judging by status “sent”. They even ask me the document to prove item lost. Document ? to prove item lost ? How ? Does not make sense to me! And also their customer service is the crappy AI robot which only give you answer from their FAQ Fully crappy, ebay and paypal much much much better 100x.

NEVER shopping from these people. They are bad people, just hope that nothing goes wrong with the product you bought! If it does and goes into a dispute Aliexpress will backup the sellers even when the seller is 100% wrong. Their dispute is like a Kangaroo court: they don't evaluate your evidence, they Are the Accusers, The Judges and the Executioners. It happen to me, I bought an ACEMAX Bluetooth Remote, Order No: 8007382899155773 that never worked, the Seller Shenzhen Acemax Electronics Co., Ltd refused to replace/refund me. I opened a dispute that I OBVIOUSLY lost, they offered an appeal which I did open one but to date they never replied. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM, buy from HONORABLE Canadian or US companies!

Well, it's the format! When I want to contact a seller, this forces me to go to the app, which I did not want!! When I did all my orders last year, I could use the 'desktop' format. All I'be seen was the simplified type, and I do not like that! I 'don't give you 5 stars if you bring back the desktop type I would be happier.

I ordered 2 womens blouses via aliexpress from store called Finding your clothes.Absolutely revolting,colours poor,quality of fabric cheap and nasty,appalling stitching and seams all puckered Red blouse, size large - too small and pink blouse,size large far too big.Will NEVER buy again,waste of my money and not even worth returning. GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible service! Every order is a gamble - half of the items do not show up, are wrong, or missing pieces. There is a reason everything is so cheap - it's GARBAGE. Both company and products. There are other sites I've ordered from, and never had a problem. But Ali Express is a JOKE. AVOID! YOU WILL BE SORRY

Products described as "sterling silver stamped 925" is not true...magnets don't stick to sterling silver... and when you complain enough times about it they close your account. Just be honest and say that the jewelry is silver plated and then a customer can choose to buy costume jewelry and there would be not complaints! Products were still on order, money was taken from credit card, yet not no way to communicate with customer service and in products receivedDeb???!!! Ridiculous!

Terrible company. Never recieved over 90$ worth of pruducts and when i messaged customer support they didnt even bother to reply. Safe to say i would never shop again from them

AliExpress will falsely confirm a receipt of my order without my knowledge when I never receive it, and customer service reps kept advised me to wait for response till the seller was paid and my dispute was rejected and appeals were turned down, and asking me to ‘prove I did not receive my order’ ... HOW?! When I asked AE to request proof of delivery from the seller but seller ignored both AE and me completely, but I still could not get my refund. AliExpress will assist the seller to defraud the customers. Do not buy from this site, you will not get your product, and will be ignored for your plead for Help. Avoid this site completely.

I have always got my refund sometimes within minutes! But I ordered 34 since December, 7 I never got, but got my refund. 1 was returned to seller. 6 were delivered 75 days or longer! 8 I am still waiting for, over 60 days! 5 haven’t been shipped yet! Service has been dreadful since December! The 4 previous years I was very pleased!

I have purchsed items on Aliexpress for a few years. With clothing the measurements described are highly inaccurate and inconsistent. In the past however you could get a refund for such items going through a dispute process and if there were other problems you could talk to customer service. It was a highly frustrating interaction but effective if you had fortitude. Now it's automated. If you have a problem that is the least bit out of the ordinary you are "screwed". Some sellers simply ignore questions. If the seller simply doesn't send the item after you have paid, there is nothing you can do. You can't file a dispute, that option is available only once the item is received. So it behooves the seller to simply ignore your questions about if the item has been sent, if they will approve you cancellation or anything else. They just take the money and disappear.

If you place a lot of online orders this website is going to drive you nuts. The tracking is terrible. The customer is really bad. They always lose orders.
