I ordered an ultrasound dishwasher from AliExpress in December 2020. AliExpress debited my bank account in the amount of $40.86. I never received anything from AliExpress AliExpress has ignored all of my attempts to contact them

They are quick to take the money when placing an order. Even when cancelling within 15mn you wont see your money back for weeks if you're lucky. Unless you fancy giving aliexpress interest free loans, AVOID THEM.

SEVERAL REASONS TO AVOID ALIEXPRESS: A dispute submission to AliExpress has to be made within a very limited number of words, so it is difficult to write a compelling argument. This seriously stacks the odds against the buyer. The submission process requires the buyer to answer specific multiple choice questions which often do not include a viable answer. This leads AliExpress to rule against a submission only because their system did not anticipate and include the set answer that was necessary. During the dispute process the seller will often request photographic evidence of the problem, but it is not always possible to convincingly convey the details in a few photos and the alternative, a video, would be unacceptably large. In the unlikely event you can actually win a dispute with AliExpress their ruling will require the buyer to pay for the return postage. The minimum mailing cost to return an item, with a tracking number, to China from Australia may well by in the region of $20, and not economically viable. Once an AliExpress decision has been decreed, it is difficult if not impossible to communicate further via their dispute resolution process and one is left with the feeling that natural justice has been denied, if it ever existed in this process. IN CONCLUSION: AliExpress prices can sometimes (although not always) be very much cheaper than Ebay. That said, the quality of the goods can sometimes (although not always) be outrageously atrocious and sellers don't generally care about negative ratings because these are applied to individual products and are short term compared with the overall seller ratings in Ebay that apply to the entire life of the store. It is therefore very necessary to factor this into a buying decision. While I have found that on many occasions paying a little more at Ebay can be cheaper in the long run, I have made considerable savings at AliExpress, in some instances, where exactly the same product is available in both camps at markedly differing prices. My MO with AliExpress is now to stick to lower cost items where a problem free refund is more likely when required AND to always check out Ebay first for very much faster deliveries, a more democratic customer-focused environment and a rating system that motivates sellers to treat customers with respect.

This site helps crooks who send you garbage instead of the goods you pay. When you open dispute AliExpress usually judges in favor of the seller claiming you evidence was no sufficient for this case. You could appeal but they never respond. It's dangerous to buy from them.

I ordered an item over a month ago and have not received it. Then , after ordering other items later, was told that they were combining their delivery. I have not received anything and already the birthdays I got the gifts for, have already happened. I won’t order ever again unless I do get the items. I will call American Express tomorrow to ask what to do. It takes way too long and prices keep changing.

Bought 3 items from Sothoryos lover store, messaged me that 1 is defective & let me choose a replacement, I did. Only 2 arrived & let them know quickly they don't know what happened might be warehouse or courier. Message back & forth trying to get my money solution: I buy again & they'll take $10 off, I agreed just to get it over with but here's the catch-rate items 5stars first...what? Really!!? Ok whatever, 4, 5 &1 for item not received. They're asking me "what's 4&1?", the nerve!!! I answered I'm not giving them 5stars for item I didn't receive, just give me back my money & complaints were already filled on PayPal &consumer.gov. Bottom line: AliExpress offers cheap prices &cheap quality on anything. No way will AliExpress help you if seller messed up your order, "buyer" protection is a typo (should be "seller") on website no matter how frustrated you are. Buyers are forced to give sellers 5stars no matter how lousy their service & products are. AliExpress has more scammers than buyers who complain to econsumer.gov so they don't care. They already got your money so AliExpress wishes everyone good luck using their app. ...A lot of sellers do the right thing but AliExpress should rectify disputes the best they can.

I've had a few good experiences and received quality products for a great price. However, 50% of the time the opposite has been true. Months to receive products, no refund when wrong products were sent (often), only partial refunds when NO product was sent, and receipt of Knock-Off products (poor imitations) of what was pictured. Customer service is the WORST possible.

I have made many purchases from AliExpress. To start with dealing with problems, they were accommodating, but recently, I’ve been extremely disappointed in their service. The last couple of orders, one I never received, did a dispute, they wanted me to prove I didn’t receive the product, they suggested i go to our post office, in a city of millions of people, like I’m going to get someone from the post office to search through millions of packages to find one thing, (needle in a haystack.), they won’t do that. Can anyone tell me how to prove i didn’t receive a package? Yet it’s noted that AliExpress refunds if you don’t receive your order. Second problem, ordered building block buildings (similar to lego) many of my orders had pieces missing, most of the time things were resolved, however not this time, they wanted me to pay to send items back to china, would cost me more then products worth. With items that I have had to return when they paid return shipping it went to a address probably an hours drive from our place. Now they have locked me out to be able to contact them. Do NOT recommend using AliExpress. WARNING, you get what you paid for, should be you DON’T get what you paid for.

The package was supposed to be shipped on April the 9th 2021. We are April the 21st and it still shows as being on the airplane coming here. What airline do they use? Tortuous air? They took the payment but do not update their tracking site. You write them and the only thing they talk or chat about is their protection plan. They have until May 3rd to meet their promised delivery delay. I cannot track the package and there is no way that they will reimburse before a dispute is entered and that after their maximum ndelay date. They are not even worth a star

I placed my first order in November 2020. It was a very small order (under 5 dollars) that I placed to see how well it works out and whether or not I would use the service again. I will not! The item was never received and when I asked for a refund they approved it but never actually put the money into my account. It is now mid April and I still haven't received my money. The dispute has been closed and there doesn't appear to be anywhere I can go to rectify this. I will NEVER order from AliExpress again!

You don't receive your orders, the customer support is obnoxious, upon receiving all the conformations from my side that the order arrived to the wrong address km away from me, they still didn't refund my money! Well, if you want to buy cheap chinese sh*t - be prepared for sh*t chinese service.

1 - Poor product description from sellers 2 - Items aren't located in the country they state 3 - When you open a disput, Aliexpress assume you've received the items 4 - Aliexpress do nothing to protect customers 5 - Seller isn't forced to refund not delivered Items 6 - Prices aren't great 7 - Do not use this selling platform, to many scammers, no protection This is based on 3 different products/sellers all rated above 80%, 2 of them refunded the money, one of them didn't, Aliexpress did nothing about this.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS APP. Its like a scam. So ordered item. Item didn't came even after 4 months. Customer support is shi@@y bot which you cant past. So in this case you will not get your money and item. Even if you contact real agent - they will not help. Everything what they can do is tell you that they're doing everything to help you. Scammers and lyres...(Order NR: 3008151063642444)

The Ordinary 30%AHA + 2% BHA Package, bottle the same until you open the bottle, watery, strong smell of berries and does NOTHING for your skin. FAKE FAKE FAKE do not buy from AliExpress

What I ordered was missing parts and would not work as described, I’ve been scammed out off nearly 200 euro, the company truck ecu scammed me.
