I just bought a bike with price of £160, but today I found the price dropped to £128, I spoke to customer service on the phone, also chatted with customer service agent on the online chat, both confirmed that I had the right to get the price difference, I only needed to go to Argos shop to get this refunded.

Poor customer service the call centre is based in China advisor's keep disconnecting calls l received a faulty item and it had truly been a stressful experience l was not able to speak to a manager or escalate my complaint each time requested to speak to a manager the same advisor was on the phone pretending to be a manager in the end l had it to write to them and get trading standards involved it was a long stressful process Argos l would never recommend not reliable

Would not even give one star... abysmal service television did not arrive on scheduled day and could not assure me when it would arrive consequently cancelled order.No help whatsoever

Scheduled Collection for a return 5 times and no show every time. i was assured the last 2 times that someone will definitely come to collect without fail. Have had to call everyday and keep getting the same response. Still have the bed and genuinely disappointed in the service. Will be raising a chargeback to resolve this for now. Will be very careful on what i order next time.

It's a shame Sainsburys brought the company because Argos prices are much too high for many of the goods and as for customer service, well.

WARNING : AVOID Argos AT ANY COST. I ORDERED AN ITEM FOR NEXT DAY STORE COLLECTION. ITS BEEN A WEEK AND IS STILL NOT HERE. I CAN NOT CANCEL UNTIL IS DELIVERED TO STORE AND THEN I NEED TO WAIT 30 DAYS FOR REFUND. HOW SOMETHING LIKE THIS CAN BE EVEN LEGAL??? ALSO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY RUBISH MAKING STORIES AND LIES. NEVER I WILL BUY ANYTHING FROM Argos AGAN!
