After looking on line decided to call at Asda for Famous Grouse and Harvey’s Sherry both on offer at £19.50 and £12.40.Dismayed as in store £22.50 and £14 got told different stores sell at different prices please what a load of rubbish if promoting thus price on line it should be the same price so left went to Tesco at least their prices were as on line.

Asda Swanley Super Store The worst retailers in the world. Their driver took diesel on 29 September 2023. Card was declined by the card issuer. Driver was very rude and so was her manager. Promised to come and pay within 24 hours. Since then I have made several attempts to get this outstanding amount paid but the management at Swanley Store do not care. They told my manager to report to police. Would they let someone leave their store without paying, obviously not. Tollgate Service Station BR2 6DQ

Do not order Asda home delivery. They frequently do not deliver, do not advise you they've cancelled your order and are very difficult to get your money back from. Their insincere customer service will work very hard to stop you resolving the issue once its occurred. They have no complaints process and will only offer you the chance to reorder from them.

Few months ago me and my partner was stopped for no reason what so ever, she claimed we had stollen even though she has no proof and obviously because we didn’t thieve she has no reasonable suspicion but we was stopped anyways, our belongings was checked and of course verified we had no stole anything, fast forward few months . The same lady stopped us again and we asked what your suspicions and she said last time we stole £4 worth of goods. Now that is a lie and she is trying to justify her actions which were completely false and unnecessary. One the first incident she claimed she was the manager and can do what she likes, we later found out that she was lying when we asked to speak to her superior. He told us he the manger and she’s just a worker. The second time (today) she stopped us she was smug, rude and smirking and trying to provoke a reaction because we were in the right and she was in the wrong and she didn’t like that so she lied and make tried provoking a reaction to try and make us the bad people and the ones in the wrong. All the customers saw what’s going on and off the premises told us they have the same problem with her also. Asda really need to look at who they employ because if they actually witnessed the behaviour of their worker, she’d be giving her p45!!!!!!! It’s not nice being called a thief when your not. It’s not nice having to justify why your angry because once agin you get stopped for no reason what so ever and to be told we were caught thieving last time round. BIG FAT LIE

Asda said they will promise to keep the prices down on essential items and they have they have changed the price of tissue the cheap toilet roll so many times in the last year and other items putting prices up on eggs and stuff and other cheap items that have promised to keep down and they keep putting up example the tissues was £1.89 and promised to stay like to help with cost of living then few months gone up to £1.97 then a few months later £2.15 then few months later £2.40 is this fair doing this . This is not the Asda promise

By far the worst online shopping I have experienced. NOT once have I ever received all the items I have ordered. I always receive substitutes (which are not healthy) and a few items are always out of stock. I will NOT be shopping with asda again.

I'm randomly Asda customer, not a big fan but today something different has happened! Coming on M27 from Portsmouth to Southampton with my little car, I was basically let down by my car, only 30 miles pH on the motorway! Behind me it was a delivery van from Asda, has noticed I'm in trouble and basically the guy has slowed the traffic, careful behind me up to the first exit. I've stopped my car and the Asda driver has rushed to me asking what's wrong and how can he help. Thank you Asda, thank you kind driver To everyone please ignore the bad reviews, one day Asda will help you

Made an order for groceries to be delivered and did not arrive yet clearly states on the Asda app that it has been delivered? Now need to wait 5 days for my funds to be refunded and has left me starving. This has got to be the worse service imaginable and will never be an Asda customer again. I was at home waiting for my delivery and did not arrive. This is disgraceful and still have not notified me why my groceries did not get delivered by the driver. Do not understand what has happened to Asda. Used to be a great service and now gone right downhill.

Asda have gone down hill under new ownership. I have had Asda deliveries for many years but have now cancelled my delivery pass and plan to shop elsewhere after terrible service. From deliveries not turning up altogether or hours after the booked slot. The food that is delivered is regularly damaged or of very short date. Frozen food is often thawing due to many of the delivery vans freezers not working properly. It is impossible to speak to anyone within store and the international call centre just reads off a script but are unable to help in anyway.

Despite the constant repeat problems with Asda .. the worst has to be the substitute and there are ALWAYS many!!! So I ask for mozzarella cheese balls and your sending me Greek salad cheese???!!!! SERIOUSLY??? I already have grated mozzarella cheese coming in my order so ... WHY Don't YOU USE YOUR BRAIN AND SEND ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE INSTEAD.. it is is clear that common sense is a major missing component of this supermarket and even the drivers agree!!!! Some of the subs I've received are so far off the mark ... And on top of this they claim something is out of stock and yet you go online and fine it's actually available to buy.. can't wait to for offers to end so I can go back to Sainsbury's because Asda has gone down hill in a major way.. that includes the price of their food too

Asda's online shop has become disgusting over the last year. Company managers do not monitor the availability of goods. Place an order, while paying for urgent delivery, and at the same time, half of the order is not delivered due to the absence. As I understand it, the Asda company displays the availability of goods on the site, even if it is not available, in order to attract the buyer with a large selection. If you approach the legal side, this is a common deception, but in general it can be called quackery.

NO LONGER SHOP HERE Hoping asda would become, under the previous owners better, but no it became worse. Not only customer service becoming worse and very argumentative if you encountered faulty products, on return, but also show no compassion. The food is failing in quality and no longer the standards it used to be, bread goes stale quicker, clothes last only a few washes, and fruit and veg goes off within a few days. The meat, also goes off within a few days, although the date is a good date. I have watched the store, becoming disorganised and looking very untidy, on the point of dirty. The asda stores are lacking in so many ways now, that after a year shopping between aldi and tesco, I am happier and more content, plus I save thirty, to fourth pound at the till, and my food lasts. So better all round. Best jump I ever made.. although I must admit, it was the convenience that kept me at asda for so long, in the end it was worth the push asda gave me, to go elsewhere....thank you ASDA, the only thing you got right, was to loose custom!
