“Just walked into Wigan Asda to do a shop and there are no scanners charged up. I’ve walked out and will travel to another store in Leigh rather than have to queue at tills. Ridiculous they encourage you to use the self scanners then don’t man it enough to ensure it’s a smooth service. That’s another hour of my Sunday wasted.”

“Dont use home delivery! Absolute joke. Ordered things and some didnt show up then I was told I hadn't ordered them! On my original invoice I had paid for them and ordered them. Wasnt my fault that they disappeared after adding something else to my order next day. Total waste of time. You'll have to go to a shop anyways and pick up items missing so no point ordering online. Never had this issue with Tesco!”

“Had an online delivery today. It was 4 hours late. I have placed an order as I have a 6 months old and it is difficult to do my shopping in store. I live on the 1st floor with no lift and the driver just left the goods on the ground floor and I had to carry all up. Will never order again”

“ASDA Milton Keynes. Had such a great day before getting to the checkouts in ASDA. The lady at the tills, Elisabeth seemed to have a bad day. The way she behaved and how she has treated us was awful. She forgot she was there to help the customer feel they are guests and make them come back again and again. We spend a lot of money everything week and is a pity we have to find a Better place to do shopping for our family. Hope no one has to suffer because of her attitude. Very disappointed”
“Ordered my Xmas shop from them, never again will I shop in Asda, when I went to collect my delivery so much was substituted, they tried to palm me off with a frozen turkey, I got the list and went straight in store to find the items substituted was actually sitting on the shelf. The fruit and veg went straight to the pigs, it was disgusting”

“Hello I order food every couple of weeks from Asda Nottingham to my home address in strelly, I’m going to stop ordering food from your store . Reason why is I spend a good £80 on my food shop for my mother (she is 78 years old . When my food gets delivered to my mothers house .. I’m appalled with what she receives. Do you know that eg I order food on the 10/1/2020 how comes I ordered 20 eggs, spinach etc.. do you know that the food you give me has an expiry date of 10/1/2020.. so basically my mother has to eat 20 eggs in one day because you only give me food which has a 1 day expiry on it . So half of my food order is going to be out of date ..eg .. I ordered 10/1/2020 my food expires on the 11/1/2020 how can a 78 year old lady eat all of her food shopping in 1 day and now my mother is I’ll because I think she has been food poisoned .. I’m discussed in what you have delivered to my mother .and I thought it was just the one off and it happens on every delivery order I order from you .. how can you possibly eat £80 worth of food in one day .. why don’t you give at least 1/2 weeks of food in date ..all my tomoties are off .onions are off etc .. I’m so angry it happens every time . Your Asda your supposed to give food in date . I have the food in my cupboard for one day from wen you delivered it and it is out of date .. my mother is sweating with fever how can you do this .i order off you every 1/2 weeks .
