“I suppose to have a delivery today Thursday 2/12/2021. Between two pm to three pm. They just phoned up and said the delivery driver had to go home. Asda should have relief drivers to take there place for delivering foods etc to there customers. What a waste of space Asda are. There willing to take money from you for the goods. “I have experienced problems with product price and availability in an Asda store, and am concerned at what appears to be a lack of business ethics and honesty by Asda.
Asda’s website quotes a reduced price for a dairy product, down from £1.95 to £1.
I went to an Asda store and found the product to be priced at £1.95, and I queried this with Asda Head office when I returned home. Whilst they offered a small compensation amount to adjust the purchase price difference, they did not explain why the store price was higher.
I thought they were remedying the situation, but when I visited the store 2 days later, the product was still priced at £1.95, and my visit was again a waste of time..
I queried this again, and was eventually advised that at the very base of a long website page, there was a note: “In-store availability, prices and promotions may vary from those online. Please check with your local store before visiting”.
I commented that they should put this note right by the website price listed, and not hide it away.
Although it would be a very quick job to amend the website, they have failed to do so as I write, 3 days later. I can only assume that they hope to encourage customers into stores by the offer of lower prices.
I have found Asda Customer Services unhelpful and incompetent, and their business methods to be very dubious. Obviously, I will not be buying products from Asda again.”
“This review is for Asda Pharmacy Hulme and I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst service I have experienced and no one cares. It’s been nearly two weeks ago that I went in and asked for a price and order of a prescription in an empty pharmacy with both a staff member and pharmacist working. Instead of pricing up the prescription which I had made very clear I wanted to order, they took the private prescription and said someone would ring me. I did get a call a few days later to be asked if someone had rang me to give me the price… no that’s what I thought the call was for. A week goes by and I try calling the pharmacy but they just turn the call off each time you try and ring. I rang Asda customer services to make a complaint and was told I would hear from them probably by email in 3 working days and 3 working days later I still haven’t and probably won’t! I’m disgusted and will never use Asda again, this was for some very time sensitive treatment. I used to like Asda but after this experience and the lack of any type of care from even the complaints team I will make sure everyone knows what type of care they give. Absolutely none!”

Sent a email to the complaints department no response. Went into the store they told me that they needed the product. Phone customer Service they told me that a picture is not good enough. “Online Order to Wisbech Asda - I ordered 10 Bottles of Asti Rose * at £6 each (shelf price) = £60 less 25% discount buy 6 or more on selected drinks = £15 disc makes amount payable £45…. I also ordered 10 bottles of original Asti at £7.50 shelf price but these were Substituted by 10 Bottles of Asti Rose * at £6 each (shelf price) BUT I was charged £7.50 for each bottle (shelf price * £6) making the total I was charged after discount £56.25, which should have been £45. That is an OVERCHARGE of £11.25... The total amount £131.75 I was originally charged before the substitutions of the cheaper Asti * did not differ even though the goods I was given were on the shelf at the cheaper price of £6.00 per bottle…? I did try to explain the overcharge to Asda staff at Customer Services on the phone (spoke to somewhere abroad who could not even get my name correct) and I once again tried to explain the overcharge when I collected the order but the 2 girls I spoke to all seemed incapable of working out the small sum, or to understand the Overcharge. How I wish I had cancelled the whole order. This is not the first time I have had a problem with Asda orders but it will be the last…I am totally shocked that Asda would Overcharge a customer and not refund the Overcharge. I will never trust Asda again and will not ever shop or buy from Asda again or recommend Asda as Trustworthy to anyone. I should have looked at Trustpilot Asda Reviews first, the reviews are truely awful....!”
“I am not very impressed with asda Filton store, or Asda customer service, no one called me today all I got was a simple text from asda, and spoke to someone this morning, and I was promised a call back from them, to update me, before any decisions was made, and to give me time to do a reorder, and a reversal, but they ignored all this and no one called me at all, and went ahead and cancelled the order and did a reversal, but because it was done so late, I can not get a delivery until Wednesday , and my husband is a type one diabetic with other medical conditions and no one can drive in our house for medical reasons and we don't have any support nearby to help us, so feeling very stressed about this and I don't no what to do, as we have no food in the house,”
“Asda Bootle, Liverpool. Been remerchandised, so took 45 minutes to find my usual items. Got to till and told no carrier bags ??? No notices to warn customers, no recorded message on speakers, just food stranded at tills. I left my goods and walked out. They wasted nearly an hour of my life, I'd encourage others to do the same. “I have been trying to order Asda diet cola 2 litre bottles for nearly over three months,I have first got a reply from my feedback and reviews, saying that the reason why was because of the C O 2 levels, but when I mentioned that you can still stocks Asda sugar cola 2 litre bottles and Asda fruit flavoured diet drinks, they changed their mind and then emailed me back again saying that the buying team says that it is been discontinued, because it is not selling well, I then mentioned that why there computer system is showing that it is not selling well, is because when I spoke to someone in customer service they said that my local asda store in Filton Bristol has been struggling to order Asda 2 litre bottles of diet cola for quite some time, I am not very impressed with your company as my husband can not drink sugar cola 2 bottles or fruit flavoured diet fizzy drinks for medical reasons”

“Generally I like Asda stores lots.
They sell many good value clothing items, but have no changing rooms in their new look stores. Inconvenient.
PLEASE be especially aware of buying a "preloved" item. They have to be purchased outright, and CANNOT be returned or refunded if they do not fit.
Although this is clear on the item's label, it makes no sense to me at all...some types of clothing (such as jeans) simply must be tried on before buying...👎😳🤔”
