“French Baguette , recently these have changed at the Blackpool store. It appears they are smaller although the wieght is the same but the bread is very dence in side . It's almost like the bread is not being proven as there is no rise just very heavy. I don't know if is not being baked the same which is disappointing as the price has almost doubled over the last few months.”

“Very aggressive delivery driver( huyton Liverpool), I heard a noise outside looked and seen a Asda delivery van very close to my car (enough room in street for him to not park like that ? )went outside to check to see if any damage I was happy that there wasn’t I was about to leave it at that and not say anything then he shouted to me what’s the problem so I explained calmly how close he was to my car he said back to me fairly aggressive the van has cameras and to report it I then tried to explain to him why I came out to check he wasn’t interested just shouted over me so I tried to leave it at that when I was going back in side he was shouting at me three times that he was coming back to sort me out !!! I try to sort this out as calmly as possible this happened 7:55 in the morning !!!”

“Asda in Dover have removed a manned checkout and installed a self service one. Why oh why do people use them!! More people out of work. It saves company a fortune long term but they don't pass on savings to customers by offering a discount for their use. The worse example I have ever seen of this nasty practice is in Asda in Folkestone. Utterly disgraceful along with their very high prices. Seems to me that this company can now be compared to Aldi, which is of course the worse of them all for quality and ludicrous checkouts.”

Usually I have no problems with asda or staff but, the pay point has been out of use for a week or more! This is an inconvenience for many but mostly your older customers who are trying to get everything done In one place, this means they have to hunt around for somewhere to top up heating and fuel bills.

Today whilst amending my order, the basket apparently timed out (with no warning) so I lost my slot that I had had booked for over a week. “Went to Asda Wembley new self service tills take 3/4 of check outs. Long delays at all of them. Staff telling you to move to different self service section which are already full. I thought the Shop looked grubby. The till I used was dirty not great for COVID being dirty and hundreds of people touching them. Just a shambles and very low stocks .Certainly needs a makeover.”

“First online shop with Asda. I am delighted. Delivery was excellent, from the lovely chap who brought items to my door, the updates on delivery keeping me in the loop, and how fresh the veg and everything was. Even the wine was chilled. I also got a fab deal on quidco. No wonder Asda are Supermarket of year. Great prices too, also no skimpy portions on the products I purchased. Great choice of products, and love their app, with recipes and an online shopping list. Asda is my new go to store.”
“Just garbage, simple as that. Sitting silently reading the news online and checking on the app in a bungalow no further than 10 feet from the front door, the app pops up saying 'delivered'. Assuming that meant, awesome they're here; nope, it means he's half way down the road driving away. What the absolute hell! Rang to query and said that the driver's not answering his phone and probably not going to deliver now. No apology, no offer of re-delivery at any point, no nothing, despite some essentials being in there, meaning a drive to pay over the odds in the Coop was necessary. Refund is apparently on its way, but assuming as I will that this service is of similar quality, I'll look forward to that around Christmas time! Seeing how many unanswered negative reviews there are on here and TrustPilot, it won't be long before they're in real trouble. You can't treat people like that and expect them to return with their custom.”
