We were buying a present for our granddaughter who has just bought a new house, Beth, a young girl, unpacking at the household shelves was so pleasant and really helped us. She was very considerate and kind. We were so happy with the present we bought. A really good member of staff to be encouraged. It made our day. Two OAPs”

“People only write about what they’re not happy about when visiting supermarkets such as Asda. Today I went into my local store and witnessed an extremely rude customer speaking to a young lad in a way I wouldn’t treat an animal. He was calm and courteous and under no circumstances deserved to be spoken to in such a way. This was because Asda don’t stock the cigarette tips she was after. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and no one was there to back him up.
He was clearly shook up by the whole ordeal. So please bear a thought for the young assistants who are there to help and not be spoken in such a disrespectful manner. They don’t get paid enough to put up with that.”
