“So today ASDA delivered my prescription from the chemist in store (Donnington store). Thank you soo much, I can’t express my gratitude enough. As an asthma sufferer I was feeling very anxious about going in to store as I am high risk and by delivering my medication to my home has had such a positive impact on my mental health. I cannot thank you enough for this fantastic service. Aneeta”
“Asda delivery are scam artist They accepted my order for 74 pounds worth of food marked it as delivered took payment but it never reached my house . I was left with no food and unable to leave my house . .I am a pensioner who is disabled”
“We have been using home delivery every fortnight from asda from the day they started deliveries, so not a new customer. The last 2 deliveries have been abysmal. The last 2 orders consisted of half the orders missing, mostly meat, we have to manage on a pkt of liver and a pkt of chicken wings for the next 2 weeks !!!!!.Enjoy your easter, staff, relatives and friends of asda employees who no doubt have full stock of everything.Panic buying can't be blamed now because there's very little of an order (if staff haven't handed out delivery slots to family/friends)being delivered.”
“I completely understand with what is going on at the minute the demand with online shopping, don't get me wrong I'm not happy that I cant get a delivery slot, I am a widowed single parent to a 2 year old and i work full time for the NHS i have very little time to shop which is why ordinarily j shop online and always get it delivered but I do understand and I am not angry about that.
I am angry that asda is still charging me for a delivery pass that I cant use I think it's absolutely disgusting as they know 90% of there pre COVID customers will not be able to receive the benefit of a delivery pass.”

“The stuff, Asda Easlasnds in Manchester who works at bakery do not wear protective gloves. I was never happy with this. But I cannot believe that, they are not doing this during covid-19”
“South Shields. I am used to unfriendly staff in Asda, but today I have never been more disgusted. After my autistic girlfriend walked past an Asda employee, perhaps too close during the pandemic but surely it should not have resulted in the staff member following us down the isle, shouting abuse at us. Maybe it was because we looked like we wouldn't stick up for ourselves but this was unacceptable. Never going there again.”

I'm a long term online grocery delivery…
I'm severely disabled and rely on regular online asda deliveries for all of my shopping.
Customer ID: 7107316948. Please can Asda help?
I'm a long term Asda online grocery delivery customer. I've been receiving deliveries for many years.
During the current coronavirus pandemic Asda has cancelled my recurring weekly delivery slot for no reason.
I now can't get my shopping delivered when I need it the most.
I've tried to contact asda via multiple phone calls and emails but there is no way of contacting them.
Asda should look after its existing customers rather than expanding it's business by taking on new customers at this very difficult time. Terrible service from Asda.”
“We had a home delivery midweek pass but can't get any slots. We paid for these but there is no mechanism to get through to get a refund. My wife is categorised as very vunrable as she has a condition which had destroyed her immune system. Every time I go shopping she is st risk from me. I am now have g to self isolate in out own home thanks to Asda not honouring our pre paid slots and placing her life at risk. It has taken almost 3 weeks for the government to finally register my wife is 've
Vunrable. I appreciate things are difficult right now but this is appalling service. We have been with Asda for year's and this is how they treat us.”
“Have used Asda for 5 years without a problem...until last week.
Have a permanent delivery slot booked however can't access my delivery for tomorrow to complete order. The system has changed recently and one can only amend an order two days before delivery to give other customers a chance of obtaining goods. That is a joke as my last but one order had 35 of the 45 items deleted as out of stock!
Asda are now impossible to contact either by e-mail or phone. Previously used e-mail addresses to Asda head office are now being returned, local stores are not taking calls, forget customer services number, 2 hours waiting today & gave up.
Absolute disgrace as other loyal customers are saying. We are in self isolation with health issues which Asda are aware of & are reliant on weekly deliveries.
Why has Roger Burnley increased home delivery slots by 300.000 per week when they were struggling to service what they had...at least the shareholders will be happy and his bonus will rocket!
Accepted that these are very difficult times but to have a corporate such as Asda who have made themselves uncontactable and not fulfilling their contractual obligations is a sham.”
“So, was shopping yesterday (April 8, 3pm) at Asda (Cemetery Road, Bradford) for my family and I was turning into the dairy aisle. Worker A moves aside to let me through, then worker B shouts "thank you" and comes towards me and yells at me for not having manners and not saying thank you. The virus is passed on through tiny water droplets from the mouth so I was minimising me speaking and contact with people. Anyways, I said sorry and looked away. I quickly got out of that aisle and went back to get what I needed after he was gone. And then I saw him from a distance chatting with his colleagues up close several times, not social distancing at all. I know everyone is stress about this pandemic, but he (the staff) didn’t have to do that and vent out on me. He was being a hypocrite by lecturing me about manners while being absolutely rude towards me. The experience I had at asda yesterday shocked me. I was tearing up but held it in because I should not touch my face.”
“I am very unhappy. My order for 74 pounds was marked as delivered BUT I did not receive the goods. Asda claimed the mo ney from my account. Moreover, I have not been able to get a refund.....they are difficult to get on the phone. This is how they get
There money back by scamimg pensiobers in isolation”
“I Have been an Asda customer for many, many years I have been having home deliveries due to working a full time job, I HAVE PRE PAID 12 MONTHS deliveries, and now when I really need my deliveries due to being a now retired pensioner, with arthritis, and a son at home who has recently had his leg amputated due to diabetes for 35 years. I cannot get a home delivery booked. for next week, I have sat here by this PC waiting for the day to change to the 16th April, when it does at 10pm, low an behold all spaces are booked within ONE SECOND. how can this be, maybe staff are booking for relatives. YES I know the problems we are having but I do think the people with prepaid deliveries should at least be given a chance. It's not the way to treat loyal customers. shame on you. Asda. I hope to get a few extra weeks free delivery after all this is over. Maybe I'll shop elsewhere.”
“I have been calling the line for the piority slots from 9 this morning to half past two and no one is replying to me we are struggling to get food online shopping my husband is on the high risk and vulnerable on the government website and his doctor is so worried about the customer service and the situation that they have emailed us his conditions but I can not get through to talk about this not happy”
“They showed everything they have in stock, and i made around £50 order, while delivery they made for £17! remaining they claimed unavailable - how come things are in stock while purchasing and unavailable during delivery. Pathetic!!!!!!”
“We have actually used our last potatoes, and last eggs, awaiting an asda delivery that was due today. We are in a vulnerable age group so are isolated in our house, going slowly crazy. At exactly the time agreed, a van arrived with a cheerful friendly driver, who, having ushered me back inside the house, unloaded about five crates while keeping a sensible distance. All of the produce was fresh. I could moan about missing bananas that for some reason had been taken off the order, but given the circumstances, the whole experience was brilliant, and a real relief; some of the products were even special offers. Everything was there, and the quality was excellent. Very relieved”
“We just returned from collecting our first "Click and Collect" order from the ASDA store in North Hykeham.
We placed the order about two weeks ago, which provided ASDA plenty of time to manage their stock so that all our items would be available. About a third was not. Have ASDA's management never heard of planning?
Not only that, but the collect points were far too close together, and all were occupied - so maintaining 2m distance from our fellow collectors was not practical. Furthermore, the pleasant staff bringing the orders out kept coming far too close to us, and were not wearing gloves or masks.
When we unpacked the vegetables at home, we found that many of the packed items had an expiry date of tomorrow! Given the high throughputs being experienced by supermarkets just now, how come we were sold such old stock?
This was the last time we will use ASDA's services.”
“Delivery man had no gloves, no protective gears whatsoever. The shopping wasn’t packed and he was expecting me to unload the crates full of loose items from my doorstep. Where is the social distancing? On top of that he wasn’t happy that I was isolated, he knew it, it was stated with my order. I told him to leave everything in the crates and collect when he’s back in the area. Seriously, I thought it would be better organised than that! I had no problem with Morrison’s (the best) or Tesco.”
“Asda Rawtenstall , click and collect , been twice in last month , and the driver ( I don’t know his name ) as been so helpful I am 71 yrs old and he has been great”
“Thank you Asda. (Crawley - East Grinstead) from a Very Happy disabled/self isolating customer. I received my delivery, no problems. Delivery driver Excellent! Service Excellent! Items Excellent! Everything perfect with only 2 items substituted and I'm more than happy with them. KUDOS Asda 10/10”
