“I ordered online yesterday the driver came early and half my shoping so driver had to refund my missing shoping he said I would probly get a call off asda I've not had one! No sorry or offer to bring my missing shoping”
“The manager Dave by name takes pictures of purchases you do . This happened in Corby ASDA. I suddenly turned my back while he was taking pictures without telling me in advance. He walked away wihout any explanation when he was asked why he was doing that. I am definitely about to go to the court because of that case.”
“No budget crisps. I had this experience before with your delivery service. ALDI & LIDL don't restrict/limit their loss leaders. I'm switching. You've lost me. Your 12 pack crisps are sold out by noon. When I buy those, I buy wine, chocolates etc, etc.
Goodbye.”
“I only put one star because it allowed me to write but if I had my own way it would be none. I waited all day for my delivery, my son got mental issues and I suffer depression and I've got excessive fluid on my brain and needed to take medication and despite me sitting right at the door and when I check on delivery they told me he would be running late and will be there 16:26 and 16: 27 I check it said 16:29. After waiting half an hour I call Asda to be told the driver said he got there 16:24 and no one was home. I swear I could burst how upset I am right now. These driver are taking the job but dont want to work. The Google your property and screenshot the door and tell the company they came. Now I have to wait for asda to refund before I can get food for me and my sick so we are able to take our medication. I will never use them again”
“Petrol forecourt in Watford is often closed to people who want to pay at the kiosk. I was turned away from using the self service checkout because I had a small trolley with 8 goods in. So I dumped all the food in a freezer including the cat and dog food. This store is useless. Use sainsbury,s just across the road and there petrol is cheaper”
“It's UK average. Aka it's the same as everywhere but ocado. Always a lot of stuff missing or subbed. Drivers not wanting to give ya your stuff and claim it's missing only to be found. No different than any other European place pretty much. Everything us half assed.
Hopefully I won't be arrested for leaving a review. I know freedom of speech I'd banned but pedos for teachers is fine. Typical Britain .”
“I have bought a pack of Asda extra special sea salt a & cider vinegar crisps. I think I should warn others if you open a pack of these you will not put them down until the pack is empty they are the best crisps I have tasted in a long time excellent”
“I’ve just purchased a cutlery set and got home to find 7 tablespoons, 3 teaspoons/knifes and 1 fork!
I’m really unimpressed! It was the last of this particular cutlery and I’m not happy that it’s not all there!”
“Among many dussapointments regarding use by dates subs etc this experience finally did it for me. Ordered Btl baileys rollback price £11 but when order came it was still full price £13. Driver didn't know how to deal with problem & had to ring store next day to sort it out. Did not like her attitude on the phone & I explained situation. She told me that because the rollback offer hadnt hit the website yet I had to pay full price so I said surely you should oblige the offer & she told me no we don't have to that is not our policy & I couldn't return it at time of delivery because order would have been under £40 so would have had to pay additional delivery charge so either way I was duped! Disgusted with them & needless to say haven't ordered with them again I know its only £2 but that's not the point its a matter of principle so they have lost a valued weekly customer”
“We live at Tiptree (allegedly the largest village in England. It's really a town and they won't admit it) One thing it's noted for is its high elderly population (particularly females)
Asda here used to stock your protective pads Extra for sensitive bladders. Good product excellent price.(83p at Colchester Superstore) Then they suddenly stopped. We thought it was maybe that there was more profit on Tena products but they don't seem to stock any now.
If we're any judge there should be a market here for yours. Anyway, Tesco stock Tena and I've heard they've also started their own, so we go there rather than trek to Colchester. So be it.”
“Soft white rolls go mouldy after few days. This has happened quite a few times.

“I had just come out of hospital, I had no shopping, I had no one to take me shopping so I put a food order in online to be delivered to my home on the Sunday 26th January.
The money was taken on the day before so I was practically down to 0 in my bank account.
At 11.30 an Asda delivery driver arrived without any shopping he said he had called to say he didnt have my shopping I should call customer services. I was very upset, i have a heart complaint, they kept me on the phone for 2 hours saying if i wanted to shopping i would have to collect it myself as they were too busy to send anyone. I said i had no one to bring me. They said I could have it the next day but they would have to recharge me for it. I did not have the money, I had to cancel at that point. So Asda still have my money, I have nothing to eat. THEY HAVE FINISHED FOR LIFE WITH ME! THEY ARE A VILE AND DISGUSTING EXCUSE FOR A SHOP”
“Honestly i have had enough of asda letting me down. I have been let down 3 times with them with my food shopping delivery, getting my shopping confirmation text the day of delivery stating its been cancelled then getting given a silly 10 pound voucher. Its not good enough why do they do this! You have now lost me as a customer for good! I have just joined sainsbury's and i doubt they will be as unreliable as yourselves. Its pathetic what if i had no means of leaving the house and depended on that home delivery? I feel for any elderly people who have been let down by yourselves. At least now i dont have to be holding my breathe, fingers and toes crossed when i place an online food order!!you can keep your 10 pound voucher!”
“as a disabled person who depents on adsa delivery service for my heavy items.i have to say im digusting with it.the delivery was 10minutes late, then the delivery driver had the cheeky to moans because he had to go though 2 lots of gates.if i didn't need certain items delivered i would never used adsa delivery service ever again😠”
