“I wouldn't even give them one star but hadn't to as I needed to write this review. We placed a online order or the 6th ocotober totalling £133.00. The bill in the end came to £51.62 as the others goods we ordered were unavailable. Asda has told me tonight five days after the order that I will now have to wait until the 18th of this month to get my other £82.00 back.
I was on the phone for over an hour had to request three times to speak to a manager. They all told me different stories but it comes down to the same thing there liars. But hey we can offer you a £10 voucher funny though she didn't know what to say when I told her the only reason we used you is we had a £10 voucher for the cock up you made on the last order. “I recently ordered the iridescent cutlery from Asda. This product was out of stock for several weeks/months, but I'm glad they came back into stock as I'm very pleased with the product! I had them delivered to store, and it was an easy and convenient service. my only complaint is that the knives seem particularly large!”
