Online order was delivered with no milk at all- how can there be no milk! To top it all off the delivery was late, driver ignorant and customer “services” just as bad. Won’t use Asda ever again.

Staff on till do not even say good morning - no smile at all and no acknowledgement - just flinging the shopping all over the show - they must be unhappy in the job that they do - very rude they need staff training

I just wished to Thank her for her professionalise, help and kindness when I chose two pairs of glasses. Done a big shop tonight, at the checkout I couldn,t scan my rewards as there was technical problems AGAIN!!! Missed out on savings, this rewards scheme is not fit for purpose. Asda is the worst supermarket, I,m sticking with Tesco.

Why do we not get rewards like before .if the app is not working fix it . Will be shopping more else where . No motivation to shop at Asda your prices are ridiculously high in the halal meat section and other foods for example chicken breast is 2£ more then other butchers or supermarkets. .you will loose customers if you don't fix the issues .

About a week ago I attempted to order a click and collect. There was an issue with Asdas online payment system and they attempted to take the payment 3 times with no successful order. They are now holding onto a total of £180 pending in my bank account. I have spoken with customer service who lied to me saying I’d have it back in 24-48 hours. Emailing customer service hasn’t done anything. My anxiety and stress is through the roof. I can’t sleep and my work has suffered. They have left me with nothing for over a week and I’ve struggled to feed my kids who are 1 & 3. At no point when speaking to customer service did anyone offer me financial support of a voucher to get the essentials for my kids. This week I have only eaten one meal a day because I haven’t been able to buy any food. Thankfully the children go to crèche so they have been fed properly. Aweek on and no one in Asda wants to help me and I’ve still not had my money back. Feeling hopeless and as if this will never get resolved.

By far the worst shop to shop By far the worst shop to shop. You will NEVER get what you ordered. Always substitutes with every single order. It's also not very professional when they answer the phone and don't say a word, just stay silent.

Gone downhill in recent years , M&S is actually cheaper and better than many products.

I have recently visited Minworth and chelmsley wood stores.both are dirty. Empty shelves and staff better suited working as far away from people as humanly possible.

I visit Asda at Manor Walks every Monday early morning. As a widower living on my own I try to buy only what I need for a week. I am constantly finding empty shelves and having to ask staff if products are available, ie 1ltr cravendale milk. If this situation doesn't improve I am afraid after many years I will be shopping elsewhere.

It's rubbish you have to buy a full shop to get 60p off and you have to buy things that are on offer that you don't want

I travelled to Asda in Strabane for a celebration cake. There was no one available at the printing counter so I stopped a female worker who was bringing a stock trolley onto the floor. She turned out to be a very friendly, patient and helpful assistant who went above and beyond her role in the store. Despite not usually working at that counter, when she discovered the person who did was unavailable, she set about helping me solve the issue with my phone which would not connect properly with the store app. After a substantial amount of time she was able to upload my photo, print it and apply it to the cake. All with a friendly smile. Thank you Jessica for being a star Asda employee. I greatly appreciated your help.

Quality of your oranges etc has fallen dramatically. Waste of time buying them, they are dry flavourless and not fit for compost. Also we have a couple of stairs to our front door, and we tip your drivers when they make a delivery. Except one grumpy git who brings one tray to the door then farts around his van in the hope that if he waits long enough I will walk to the van and collect the rest of the delivery. He doesn't get a tip. Train your drivers please...
