“My home shopping wasn’t delivered. Had a message saying the driver was delayed which was ok. But an hour after the shopping still hadn’t arrived I phoned the store in redditch and spoke to home shopping section leader who said the driver cancelled the shopping because no one was home which was rubbish. I don’t know where he tried to deliver it but it to but it wasn’t to me. The section leader wasn’t helpful at all in fact she couldn’t have cared less I think she needs training in customer service skills because she clearly has none at all.”

I was having deliveries and paid monthly for a pass but cancelled it due to the chilled and fresh meat arriving way passed the delivery date so out of date which I think is trades description issue, when I complained they blocked my bank card so I can not use it again, when I tried to discuss having this card issue resolved they said I had to send in a bank statement that is totally disgraceful and disappointing that a company such as them make their own rules up instead of taking complaints seriously. This company should be banned in this country we have plenty of other shops that are far better. So now I use Morrisons, Tesco, Iceland, ad-lib and Lidl. Asda you should be ashamed of yourselves.”

“I spent nearly £100s in my weekly shop at the Bletchley, Milton Keynes store on the 19th September 24 but couldn't find my phone to add the points to my rewards. I found my phone in the car and went to the customer service desk to help. The lady told me to call 08003317409 who could do this.
I rang the number and the woman I spoke to said this was incorrect and the points couldn't be added.
Someone needs to make sure they know the rules on this as I wasted my time and as you can do this at other stores when you can't find your phone or card at the time, they will HELP.
Your phone line was a waste of space and trying to email yourselves is like navigating a remote country!!!”
“ASDA "main for 2" vegetable chow mein - total disaster. Main for two??? Hardly enough for one. Sloppy mess of overcooked wet noodles in a greyish "garlic and ginger" sauce that tasted of virtually nothing, surrounded by a few bits of raw vegetable. Whoever wrote the description of the thing on the label obviously had a lot of fun, and has a wildly overactive imagination. Well, I have learned my lesson. Won't bother buying it again.”

I had to fight for weeks for shopping that wasn't delivered because there was a mix up at the depot
and still no refund,
luckily enough my bank gave me the £96 that asda decided to take without delivering the goods !!

“I had an order scheduled for delivery on Saturday 7th September. The order was NEVER delivered despite the fact on my account it is showing as delivered! I spoke to customer services who cancelled the order (or at least that was what I was told) my account tells a different story!. I was promised refund within 3-5 working days that has been and gone so far no refund. I have emailed on at least five occasions, and tweeted once. I have had a reply to my tweet, gave the info asked for. I am now waiting to hear exactly what happened. I noted on the tracking that the delivery times kept changing. I smell a rat here and that usually means you ate dealing with one. I will never shop with Asda again Online.”
“Asda staff are lazy,hide away from actual work. 1 till for anyone with shopping which is stupid as could be in cues for upto 1hr. The shelves are always derelect,foods like fruit and veg are either on way off or too hard to enjoy. Staff are rude when need assistance. Toilets are always stinking or closed off.”

I have recently visited an Asda store in Aberdare for the first time in 3 years. I stopped using Asda previously due to the lack of staffed checkouts and the insatiable thirst they have to FORCE us all onto self service. Wow, it was worse than before with only 3 staffed checkouts and long queues to get served. I just left the trolly and went to Lidl instead.
As I left I wanted to fill up with petrol but they have even stopped putting staff in the filling station. Needless to say, I went to a local independent supplier instead.
Asda, are you just trying to drive your customers away? I certainly won't be back, and this shows why Asda are now the only one of the big four supermarkets who are losing market share.

“I was detained by security and staff at one of ASDA stores for allegedly not paying for some goods on the self checkout till. after the distressing situation was sorted and i was wrongly detained i was allowed to leave but before i did leave the manager threatened me THREE times with violence. I have tried to make a complaint and been fobbed off with BS emails addresses. disgraceful company and ZERO respect”

“Always send short date items food is poor quality.They dump the crates at front door and expect you to sort through and carry inside. I was so disappointed in their service I joined Ocado ! What a breath of fresh air they are. Shopping all packed in bags and carry them inside for you. Free six months delivery pass plus incentive money off your orders. Thank you Asda for your shoddy groceries and appalling customer service. I have found a wonderful new shopping experience with OCADO 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”
