“I had an order arranged for tonight between 6pm and 8pm. I received a text at 11am this morning saying the order had been cancelled. No explanation was offered. When I rang the customer services, ASDA could not offer an explanation as to why they had cancelled my order. As well as this, they offered me a £10 'good-will gesture'. When I said i wasn't happy with this, they cut my off the line.
For such an abysmal service from such a large company, I think that is disappointing and shocking.”
“the delivery guy was a fascist he turned up at my door and threw my food through my letterbox. the fruit was mouldy and the delivery was 4 fucking hours late.”
“I have tried to contact Asda Customer Services. Started with multiple choices, was put on hold for ten minutes having given my details such as name, phone number, post code, etc.
Was told that I would be put through to the appropriate department and was once again put on hold.
I then went through to a call centre in the Phillipines, who wanted all the same information that I had just given.
At no stage was I asked what I was complaining about. What a waste of time.
I will not be shopping at Asda again”
“First time ordering him delivery, order didn't turn up called customer services -- had no info couldn't tell me why and if it was still coming called store direct was told to many orders so mine had been changed to an unspecified time tomorrow, fantastic what a rubbish company, back to Tesco for me”
“I ordered some holiday clothes to collect from the store ,Heeley Sheffield went on the way to the airport to collect them it was snowing ,I ask a girl at the checkout at the collect desk ,who the shouted another woman on a check out ,she finished serving the walked away collected carrier bags from the other side of the shop then gave them to a man to put away ,I'm still waiting she looked at me and then walked on to the shop floor completely ignoring me ,so I walked out never shop again ,disgusting customer service .”
“Order cancelled due to snow, understandable!, but 3 days on and they still not released the payment, I had to shop elsewhere........... my bank have told me its Asda who keep hold of it, they can not release it until Asda tell them to! after 6 phone calls to asda, to be be told the same old story, its not us ring your bank!”
“7 out of 8 orders cancelled by myself because deliveries were over an hour and a half late. That represents eight months of shopping.
No explanations or apologies. Customer services not interested.

“I purchased several items on-line ordering was easy and I was kept informed via email and text throughout, I had my items delivered to my local Asda store and collected them at a time that was convenient for me. One of the items I ordered was not suitable was returned to the store and was given a refund within a couple of day's. I am very pleased with my purchases, good value for money will be shopping there again.”
“Delivery Driver Just blocked the residential road and told me to wait for 5 min while she was unloading goods. She was to lazy to park in a parking space 5 just 5 meter away.”
“Rotten fruit click n collect spotted by assistant no substitute offered they were were untrained in doing a refund so I had to let them photo copy my receipt to do a refund later
The manager told them to do a refund then disappeared .i then had to take a walk around the store buy some clementines and queue to purchase them easier to go Aldi
They made the generous offer of 30 days free home delivery if I wanted home delivery I would of booked it”
“Staff gone from happy to sad with no time for anybody. Used to be a nice shop but gone down hill a lot Asda must be one of the worst company's to wark for now what is going on”
