“I like asda online shopping as they keep you updated on your delivery and let you know if the driver will be late or early. Should this be inconvenient they just deliver at the time you asked for. The only thing I don't like is the substitution are sometimes bad. I was actually charged more for a substitution product when I thought I would be charged the price of the product ordered. The drivers are always nice”
“Helpful staff and customers at both Asda shops in Hull allowed my disabled wife to shop while I had a coffee and crossword. They loaded/unloaded the shopping using the bag on the back of her motorised scooter. A bit of independence for her. A bit of a break for me. Thank you.”
“The company itself is fine. They have done their utmost to try and fix the issues, the problems are with the delivery company they use ArrowXL. You go on the online chat with ArrowXL to make arrangements and they are either making false pronises or the guys in the warehouse are just not taking any notice because my requests are just not carried out. It is very frustrating. I have been waiting for my items since the beginning of May and they just keep going back to the depot because they are just not listening when I tell them they need to use a VAN not their usual lorry as my road is not easily accesible. The part of my order that came from Yodel in a VAN I might add came fine within 5 days! So my review in concludion for George.com and Yodel is 5star BUT for ArrowXL is 1star. ArrowXL let the service of George.com down sadly.”
