“All started off fine, even had a phone call to explain when delivery would take place. Unfortunately UK Mail was the delivery company. My package was delivered to the wrong number house in the wrong street and was brought to me by the occupier of this house as it was dumped on their doorstep. Not impressed!”

“Whilst a prompt service and excellent product, it was disappointing that no consideration was given to the logistics for delivery. To engage a courier with one (woman) driver to deliver a cast iron bath was completely unreasonable. The driver was unable to assist, indicating that the load was too heavy for her to shift. Fortunately, workmen were on site to help but had that not been the case, the delivery would not have been possible. In future, further enquiries should be made when dispatch is being confirmed with the customer.”

Thanks for your feedback on the delivery we'll be sure to pass it on to the courier we use who arrange the delivery on our behalf. All deliveries are of a curbside nature and should be arranged beforehand by them. Hope your enjoying your Hampton Bath!

“Very expensive p&p. Even emailed and called about the cost as I bought just two little glass corner shelves, a toilet roll holder and a towel rung. I was told it was expensive due to the packaging of the glass shelves however when the order arrived there was no extra packaging to warrant the extra charge?! Nice products but you've lost me as a future customer”
