“Working on a self build project you are faced with endless choices and decisions. Most of which are beyond your experience or knowledge so you have to rely on the help of others. Right from our first meeting I felt comfortable working with James at Cheltenham, who has guided and advised us with functionality as well as styles that will work for us; putting together a complete package for our build. We are looking forward to the products arriving.”

“My order arrived a week late and only after I chased it by phoning directly. The delay was costly because I’d booked in bathroom fitters who had nothing to fit! The actual products look great but I’m disappointed at the palaver involved in getting hold of them.”

We're very sorry to hear this. It's not the level of service we strive for. We have recently received a large number of calls so we cannot apologise enough to those who have not been able to get through. To tackle this issue we have now expanded our customer service team.
