Excellent communication and perfect delivery of goods all on time. Even the a damage item that had to be returned was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use again as such excellent prices.

Our order came from the Bathroom village supplier, so the delivery date slipped with no notification from Bathroom Village, day wasted at home waiting in. Still no feedback from bathroom village after i contacted them, and they said they were investigating the delay, but luckily the item has now been delivered, and is quality as expected of a Burlington item.

We had asked the manufacturer to send this item over to you and due to the holiday period, it has taken a little longer to get items to some customers. We believe it has to do with the backlog of orders over the Christmas period. delivery came on a huge lorry that attempted to drive up a long tree lined driveway removing the lower limbs of the trees as it went - eventually the driver realised his stupidity and stopped, but then dragged the palette on a sack trolley up the gravel drive - shredding the underlying nidagravel trays. thousands of pounds of damage - tree surgery and and new nidagravel trays required.

This is appalling and totally unacceptable from the couriers. We are very sorry to hear about this. We trust these companies to deliver our goods safely and responsibly. Mr Wake, Please call 01823 660063 with the reference number: #18689. If you explain your situation they will be able to deal with your complaint and get to the bottom of which company they used that has caused the damage. Appalling service with me constantly chasing for the whereabouts of my orders. We had 3 doors shipped before getting one undamaged, of which i again had to chase what was going on and had very little comeback. Lack of any real customer care or consideration. I will never buy from here again.

Unfortunately the unit I ordered was delivered the wrong handed. A replacement was not available within a suitable timescale. Neither issue was necessarily Bathroom Villages fault however the customer service and telephone answering was poor. I would have gladly paid to get materials collected but this option was not offered. Having followed the instructions on the website, I returned it to the warehouse myself. I was assured I would be informed of my refund in the next few days. 2 weeks later I telephone obviously no answer, I then emailed customer services enclosing my copy of the return documentation. About a number of days (albeit over a bank holiday) I received a reply confirming a refund had been authorised. Now a week later no funds have been reimbursed.

Ordered two Roper Rhodes,oak, soft close loo seats. Pleased with the look and quality. Very helpful, friendly service from Bathroom Village. Definitely would order from them again.

The unit we wanted was at a good price. We received a generic email saying we would be contacted when it was dispatched - we never got one. Over a week later I then rang and they confirmed it was at the warehouse and that the courier would contact me. After a few days I rang back saying I hadn’t been contacted. They said it wasn’t really their fault as it is the couriers job to contact me. I had to ring back the following day again before it was sorted. The staff I spoke to were good/friendly but you need to improve your internal comma/processes win your preferred courier

I know people have had a moan. But, I have had good service and it’s a good product. Be careful though as the driver only delivers the good kerbside. I had to bung the driver a few quid to bring the shower enclosure into the house.

Full marks to this company for communication and prices. I appreciated being phoned to let me know that the delivery was delayed by a few days which was very helpful. Packaging of the products was poor, however I believe they had come direct from the manufacturer. As the packaging was not good and the boxes had got damp on a rainy delivery day, the items were falling out of the box when received, fortunately they were not damaged.

Unprofessional poor customer service, "stay away" from this company . You sold a defective item to me and now I have to send it back at my cost to get refund. It is just ridiculous and unfair . Two professionals plumbers had come to same conclusion about this shower tray : there is a potrude around the hole that will create leaks.

It's obviously upsetting to hear this as we only want our customers to have a great service and receive the items in good working order. We really appreciate your custom and we thank you for shopping with us, however, the defects do originate from the manufacturer. Our part in this process is to get these items replaced quickly so you can get on with your bathroom. We can understand that this is frustrating and we hope that get everything sorted quickly.
