“They have a great selection of ranges of products. We choose the Burlington range and were over the moon with the quality. Very reasonable on price. Staff were really helpful. Will definitely use again and would thoroughly recommend. Great Job! Thanks again for everything”

“Slow to ship, but thrashed Victorian Plumbing on price, service and quality (goods from VP arrived trashed, had to be returned and still haven't been collected a month later). Great pricing. All good.”

This is a fair review of us recently, the business has had a great boost in growth which slowed down some of our services. We have now taken on a lot more staff so we're operating at full power. “It was only by chance we visited your store in Cheltenham. We are building an extension so we were looking for 2 x bathrooms. Every single member of the team who dealt with us has been attentive and knowledgeable with excellent follow up. James the manager led the way and we have now ordered 2 full bathroom suites. Many thanks, we would recommend Bathroom Village to friends and family.”

“Bathroom Village (Exeter) is the place we go to get all our bathroom components. We have used them a lot in the last year, buying three complete bathroom sets from them. Mike and Simon have been incredibly professional and helpful, giving us a lot of advice (all of which has turned out to be very accurate). Their detailed knowledge of the products they stock is genuinely impressive, and crucially they sorted out the one problem we had (a shower unit with the door opening the 'wrong' way compared to the order) quickly and efficiently. We have spent a lot of money at the shop, and honestly feel that we have had excellent service. I have already recommended Mike and Simon to others, and will certainly do so in the future. They are great professionals, and this is the best bathroom showroom we have found in the region.”

I ordered a lovely recessed mirror cabinet and it arrived exactly as and when he said it would, with no problems and very well packaged..- and it fits - and I saved £33.00! Thanks Mike. “I literally fell into the Taunton store, someone took the Mickey, it turned out it was Steve Hawkins company chairman. We dealt with Steve and Harry Harrison both right on top of their business.👍 We bought (cos I like a ‘deal’) 3 en suite showers, doors, sinks, toilets, geberit cisterns, bath, sink, toilet etc, very expensive bathroom units, wc, toilet, we were guided where we could buy a sink we wanted. Tiles for hallway, bathroom and wc. Fantastic service, excellent after sales. We damaged a tile, today we went to the Wellington store (Taunton relocated) Steve actually went to his home and got us some tiles from his surplus (he had the same tiles) to help out. How many company Chairman would do that? Absolute Diamond! Thank you guys, recommended to do many people, now in print.”

“I recently bought a full ensuite set through this company from the Roper Rhodes range, I found them through google having first priced up parts at local stores. The prices were very competitive saving me £1000. I was nervous buying online however this being an actual store with a web presence rather than a web warehouse in my opinion is the way to go. I called up and dealt with Mike the store manager, absolute pleasure. He gave great advice and had everything couriered up to me in the North East. All arrived on time and package appropriately to avoid damage. Couldn’t have asked for more, highly recommend.”
