Incorrectly addressed consignment caused my delivery to be attempted 3 times - at great cost & frustration to me. Courier company would not communicate with me due to data protection but Customer Service department's interventions at Bathroom Village seemed lame and ineffective.

Very pleasant service, helpful and prompt - keen price too! Good communications throughout. I would have said 'excellent' but for one thing - on delivery of the item I found the information about returns (scary stickers on the package etc) a bit daunting & off putting as it gave me the impression I would have difficulty IF I had recd a damaged product in any way and needed to return it. Happily the item was perfect - very well packaged and I am delighted with it. Thanks!!

Thanks for your kind words and feedback. The reason we have our returns information on bright red paper is so that it gets noticed. Previously, we'd found it was getting ignored and we would then have problems later down the line. So, it's there to ensure you get the goods and that any discrepancies get reported back to us so that our customer service team can rectify them as quickly as possible. Once again - thank you. Sorry to hear that you didn't receive the item that you ordered. We are aware that Heritage care currently having issues with their wastes, but this will soon be resolved. Very good delivery information and communication. Delivery driver however did not want to wait for item inspection. Packing information informed me that he was allocated twenty minutes for inspection but would not stay for even five minutes. Also refused to take away packing pallet and wooden support frame.

Customer service poor, promised refund not made when we were told it had been. Countless emails and telephone conversations needed to sort out problem. Wrong product delivered as website had been set up incorrectly

Fantastic service as described. Will use again and recommend. Delivery was prompt and all items well packaged. Had an issue with a manufacturing defect on part of order which wasn't discovered until fitting. Simon Allen assisted with obtaining a replacement under warranty and his customer service was fantastic taking all the stress out of the situation. Well done Bathroom Village.
