“The incorrect tray was delivered with the enclosure. I think this was Merlyn's fault as the label said 900 whereas the tray was 800.”

“Unfortunately item arrived damaged, involved a lot of phone calls to sort delivery or new item and collection of old, which was a drag, but most of the people I spoke to were pretty helpful.”

“Good customer support service from Bathroom Village., always helpful and responded as promised. Very badly let down by the Courier service -took over a week to deliver from date of BV dispatching , failed to deliver when promised and wasted many days waiting in for delivery which simply did not arrive”

“Didn't realise the waste pipe on the tray would stick out unusually far, meant we couldn't have the shower tray fitted flush with the floor - had to be raised up so doesn't look as good. Would have been handy if that had been pointed out in the information on the website then we could have selected a different product.”

We are now in the process of updating our website to include this information for all of our shower trays - thanks for pointing it out! Finally, it's always great to hear when the service supplied by the delivery company we use goes well. We'll certainly pass that information on to them.
