“Description of product on website good and gave accurate dimensions. You gave no delivery estimate. I had to chase 10 days after the order and the item still did not arrive as informed. You can and should improve your communication about delivery.”

“The service was exceptional. A young gentleman Bryon McGeer serviced our account and looked after us over a number if purchases and enquiries extremeley well. In fact I would say that he always went the extra mile. Other companies could learn from this.”

“second order of bathroom suites after three years and the manager remembered us and made the whole ordering process very easy and uncomplicated. Great service, very prompt and efficient, would go there every time.”
