“Good communication, sadly the courier was a bit rubbish - delivered to wrong house, lied about where they had left parcel (in our porch - neither the house where he delivered to nor our house have a porch!). Bathroom village is good, just need to change the courier they use! Box was excessively large for goods though.”

“First shower tray arrived damaged and had obviously been put on the pallet damaged. Second tray arrived a week later and was fine. Staff were helpful and sorted damage problem.”

“Delivery took a very long time. The order was dispatched a week later than promised on the phone, even though everything was in the warehouse. I had to chase them multiple times to get them to dispatch the order. The delivery company used was equally poor. I had to return one of the items because I accidentally ordered the wrong type, I'll see how quickly the refund arrives. I would have exchanged rather than asking for a refund but the builders are already here and I knew I could rely on another company I used to deliver on time, but not Bathroom Village.”

“If you have a problem you want to know the company will sort it out with good grace. I had a problem with a damaged item and a replacement was ordered immediately and sent to me, and the damaged one taken away. Good customer service.”

“Tool nearly one month to get delivery of items. Appreciate Christmas and anew year in that time but still excessive wait. Delivery dee much higher than comparable services.”
