“Knowledgeable helpful staff, great product range combined with competitive pricing has meant that we’ve purchased all our bathroom requirements from them (main bathroom, cloakroom and en-suite). Would recommend without hesitation.”

“We ordered an Imperial Radcliffe Thurlestone Toilet, Vanity Unit and Basin, Bath Panels and a Britton Cleargreen Reuse Bath and a Taurus Columbine Radiator and we are extremely pleased - all of it is lovely, and in particular, I love the shape of the toilet, which is probably the best part of it! We had excellent service from Daryl Scribbins at the Wellington store and apart from the cistern being a bit difficult to fit and I would have thought there might have been a shelf in the Vanity Unit, this doesn't detract from the overall quality and beauty of the products.”

“I have nothing but glowing comments to give all the staff at your exeter branch. Mike has been my contact and his customer service is outstanding. I did an interior design job in Dittisham and have and am still doing up my own property. Mikes wealth of knowledge of products and what best to fit is impressive. He is so efficient, super quick to respond to enquiries too. I have refurbished many properties in the South East before moving to Salcombe and I have never experienced the level of service thatMike at Bathroom village gives. I do not need to go anywhere else. “We recently bought a bathroom from your store via telephone and a special mention has to go to Byron because his customer service was exceptional throughout our purchase. His help ensured that our bathroom refit went as smoothly as possible. Byron made sure we could collect items that we needed quickly and he was friendly and professional throughout. He also responded to all my queries quickly and politely. Even though Wellington is closer for us, I found dealing with Byron at your Exeter branch much easier and more efficient. If it weren’t for him I think we would have probably bought elsewhere. Many thanks!”
